My best friend took me here today. I ordered steak and eggs. My steak was really fatty no meat not done right totally sucked. For my first experience there.

I ordered take out! The food was good and the gentleman who gave me my food was friendly. One really great “take away”was they separate the sandwich, fries and onion rings. Three separate boxes. This makes a huge difference and is very appreciated.

This is the worst business in a customer service aspect. I placed an order during regular business hours, show up at the store with a hand written note that they closed at 3pm. My bank account was charged for the order but I never received it. It has been 3 weeks that they tell me in store that all I can do is contact their 3rd party online site to try and get this resolved. I simply ask if I can at least have the food I paid for but never got, they tell me that it can only be day of even though they closed early but their online ordering still took it? They essentially stole my money and have no resolution.

Never ate here and likely won't. On Labor Day, driving back from the Tigers game we wanted to find a fast and simple place to eat on the way home as takeout and seen online Leo's was open. We placed our order online while driving and when we arrived to pick up our food, the place was closed at 3:00pm due to holiday. Bummed out we opted for fast food. But to get to the issue at hand, we asked for a refund on the order since we never received our food. They said they couldn't refund us and had to go online to the third party vender or whatever it is and a manager helped walk my wife through the form to fill out our issue. Someone would get to us in the next few days. That was 3 weeks ago. She has since filled out the form again at the recommendation of someone at Leo's. We still have not heard back on the form. We went in to talk to the manager face to face and they were out. Left our contact info this past Tuesday and here it is Thursday and we called asking if we could just receive the food that we paid for and were told no. So they are taking $50 of our money and we received no food? We have been at this for nearly 4 weeks now and have been turned in circles. At the end of the day, their system for online ordering shouldn't have even accepted our order if they closed early. I get it was holiday and all, but having worked in food service on holiday's like Labor day, they shouldn't have taken our money when we were not served the food we ordered. Even so, they get the money and were not being refunded for what we ordered. Unprofessional of any business to not serve a customer and take their money.

Got the veggie chicken stir fry. Cooked with no seasoning and they give you a side of soy sauce. I wouldn’t eat this food if it was the first meal i had in months.
