Came in on Friday around 4pm, you guys were busy and I could hear a man screaming and swearing with a lobby full of customer's, very unprofessional and didn't sit well wit me, the short stocky guy told him to watch his language about swearing. Hopefully the tall skinny guy having a bad day won't show this side of himself again, as a manager you should hold you're self to higher standards and not be pissed cause you have orders if that's the case why are you working in the food services?

Update visited 5/24/23 2:40p.m. : I called on 5/12/23 and spoke to the same manager who served me the night before. She confirmed my name was in the system, and I planned to leave a positive review, but that has changed.
During my visit to get my replacement pizza, the white manager with tattoos treated me with aggression that I believe is biased against Black customers. It’s hard to imagine she speaks to white customers this way. Additionally, a male employee with her did not intervene. Both need training on customer service, as their behavior is detrimental to the business.
On 5/11/23 at 9:11 p.m., I purchased a cheese hot and ready pizza, but the crust was hard and crunchy. It shouldn't take long for pizza to become that way in a warmer. I will not be returning to this location.

Drove 20 mins to get pizzas love the place and they are usually good but the lady said your set and I said everything is here and she said yes. I loaded up got home and we had 9 pizzas ordered and missing 1 pizza not big deal but birthday party has started don’t want to leave. I tried calling them non stop and no one answered and then would just go dead. Just wish I counted the pizzas before I left rather than depend on employee telling me I’m good. Hopefully they refund me my pizza or give me a free one next time.
My son was short on $$$. A really nice employee named ANDRE spotted him the rest he needed out of his wallet. That was so sweet of you thank you so much. Due to his kindness I went back and bought more pizza. What an awesome way to show kindness ANDRE. Please keep showing your nice smile and peaceful no questions asked kindness.

Haven't had Little Caesars in over 30 years, but had to give their crazy puffs a try. Pepperoni cup cake lol... I like the exterior crust and make sure to get the pizza sauce to dip into.
Also got the buffalo wings... the wings were small, but they poured like a cup of buffalo sauce in the container :)
Pick up was simple, went in, found which heater the food was in, entered my code, the door opened, grabbed my food and left. I love how things has changed, no interaction with anyone at the store!

On June 15th the delivery guy for door who delivered my pizza was gay and was a transgender n dressed as a woman,the food was fine but i was disgusted by the transgenered guy
