The fries were old, the burger was half open with the cheese at the bottom of the bag, and the chicken nuggets were cold, and the container was open. There was only one other car in front of me. I try not to eat fast food because this is somehow exceptable now.

Came here through drive thru one evening and was worst McDonald's experience. The mcdoubles were put together so sloppily there was cheese on the bottom of the bag. The two small fries we got were halfway filled and inedible. The 4 piece nugget box was open with nuggets falling out. We were one of two cars in the drive thru.

I come to this place almost every day and order a frappe mocha. That is ually all I order and I am pulled forward to sit for 10 to 15 minutes to wait for a drink. This is a joke. Sitting in drive thru waiting today counting the time it takes to get I'm at 13 minutes and still not drink.

I know better than to go here... But my kids wanted mcdonald's. Is it really that difficult to put a burger together. No pride No work ethics anymore. Every one of my items were put together so sloppy!!! Yeah I understand I had a big order but that is absolutely no excuse.... You need to train your people better.

It’s not very clean. Service was decent for a Saturday night. We waited a bit, but that’s alright. The manager dumped two whole handfuls of ketchup into my boyfriends hands when giving us our food and as we said “thank you” he just said “the lobby is closed”. Though we didn’t plan on eating in, it was sort of rude. The one who took our order was sweet, shorter, darker complexion. Overall, 3ish stars.

Ordered a big breakfast at the drive-thru. Took forever to get my food so I assumed it would be fresh and hot. Boy was I wrong. The scrambled eggs were dry and crusty on top, they were dark yellow indicating they had the sitting around for quite some time. I drove right back around to the drive-thru explaining that my scrambled eggs were cold and crusty and requested a new order. Meantime I reached for my hash brown only to discover it was completely cold. So I requested a new one at the payment window. I was told to pull up to the next window where upon I was asked to pull further ahead and wait and they would bring out fresh eggs and a hash brown. While waiting I started to drink my orange juice which was completely watery and tasted like orange drink not orange juice. I waited and waited and nothing ever came out so when it was clear I backed up to the drive-thru window again and requested a refund which after waiting a few minutes I received. Worst McDonald's breakfast I have ever been given. With the worst possible service to back it up. This place is a disgrace!
We took our 4 grandchildren out for dinner and the play place. The young workers were trying to keep up, but with the online orders and the drive through, they were forced to neglect the in store customers. The play place was disgusting. The tables and floors were strewn with wrappers and food. I got disinfecting wipes from my car and asked for a broom to clean the floor. Hire more workers to handle only the inside customers.

I had my disabled husband in the car and we needed a quick meal before a 5p appointment. The clerk misheard my order for 2 of the big boxes. I get around, they only give me 1. There's a discussion and several people got involved. I asked if we could rectify it there. No, I'd had to pull back around and reorder. We were already running late for the appointment so I couldn't do that. I love that I am my husband's caregiver; but I don't like not having enough fuel to care for all 175 pounds of him. . We so rarely go out to eat. I know where we won't be going anytime soon. Boo

The worst McDonald's around when you order a steak egg and cheese bagel you should get egg I mean that's part of it everything I've gone here there's been an issue will never go back and I do NOT recommend this place absolutely the worst!!!
