A couple of quick comments: - Food was great! Sauerbraten was like in Germany, whitefish sandwich was delicious, and vegetable ratatouille was also great. - They fill all seats with reservations, so you can't walk in and get a table... which is poor management. Even when there are open physical seats. - Limited beer selection for a brewery - Waitress brought the check before asking if I wanted another drink or dessert. Felt pushy to get us moving because there is a time limit on your table. - Overall great food, but not great management of seating or service. I wanted it to be better.
Service was terrible. One person at our table never got their meal. Staff did not apologize just took the appetize off the bill? Rest of the food was mediocre at best. Terrible experience.
We were disappointed at first, but that quickly changed. We had a drinks and a portion of the food that we did not care for. We typically have an amazing experience everytime we come here, but it was out anniversary, so that added to the surprise of not liking items. We ended up talking to staff and they did everything right! They were so courteous, and gave us a gift card and took the drink off our tab that we didnt like. This is our favorite place, and they made up for everything. Customer service is priority for them and it shows. Already cant wait for our next visit.
Salt Springs makes a date night with my wife always memorable. Love the vibe as soon as you walk in. Service is fantastic, along with the food. Salt Springs Brewery is a must stop.
Beers were great, server was top notch, but the food was over priced and not great. $28 for a smokehouse platter was 2 strips of chewy brisket, a German sausage already cut open and covered in bbq sauce with barely 1/2 a sandwich worth of pulled pork. Disappointed for sure. Would return if only for the Hefeweizen & to conversate with Rex.
Service was great!! Fantastic atmosphere. Bartenders are super helpful . Host was outstanding Overall great experience
I loved the calamari and the Reuben sandwich - two dishes that I use to guage how good the kitchen is.
Great gluten free options! Fish & pork meals were delicious, as was the peach blueberry dessert!
Great food Beautiful stained glass Great service Beautiful indoor and outdoor setting Beer selection is amazing ! I highly recommend Salt Brewery 🍺🍻🍺
Was a great late lunch. Sat at pub table behind who appeared to be owner. Gave short history of church and then his recipe for Ed Bar Cheese on the burgers. A great take on the ORIGINAL Win Schuler cheese. I even ordered a side salad instead of fries with the burger and just devoured it because the red wine vinaigrette was so good. Even finished my wife's salad. Took home four pack of Cashmere Zeppelin IPA and two tulip beer glasses.

We received an advertisement for Salt Springs Brewery and decided to give it a try for brunch. It was a beautiful day and we ate outside on the patio. Service was very good, the food was delicious and we spotted the chef taking a pig out to the smoker. Had a wonderful conversation with him. We enjoyed our meals so much that we followed a suggestion on the menu and bought drinks for the kitchen crew after the restaurant closed. Would highly recommend this venue. We had a wonderful time.
Great atmosphere. Sat outside on the patio for Brunch on a beautiful day. Service was descent. Wish she came back more often to check in. I did need/wanted more to drink. Food was great. Noise level was perfect for outside. Morning easy listening music playing. It was wonderful.
We sat outside on a beautiful Sunday morning. Allisa was our server and was very attentive, friendly and polite. Always a great experience at Salt! Keep it up!!! Thank you!!!
My entree (shrimp linguine)was a very small portion, more of a luncheon portion than a dinner size. Way too small for a dinner meal. The number of flys in the restaurant was unacceptable. We never had never noticed flys in a restaurant until we ate here. They were quite annoying. The waiter was doing fine, but his support staff and perhaps the kitchen staff were struggling. Wait times for entrees (and 20+ minutes just for dessert!!) was disappointing. Finally, the dinner tabs were split between 3 couples, but that proved to be too difficult, as it took 3 attempts to get things straightened out. Also, there was zero ‘manager presence'. While we never ask to speak to the manager, looking back, we could not pick out who in the room was the acting manager for that evening. Not a good look from where we sat.
Went at 4:00pm. They asked if we had a reservation and we said no. We counted 8 open tables and the server said we couldn't be seated until 5:30. We went to a place across the street (Brecon Grill). We were seated right away and had a nice meal in a nice environment. Boo!
