Food was ok. The person who gave me my food tried to argue that I didn't order a pot pie but the receipt and manager that took my order corrected it. This one seems to slowly be going down hill.

The door should be open when business hours are in operation. Inexcusable to have the doors locked when you’re in business.
If you’re too busy to have the doors open when you’re in operation, don’t be open at all .

Hours say 10 but the open sign wasn’t on at 9 and the back door was propped open like end of night stuff was going on. This Taco Bell is consistently below average in stuff like this.

They have no issue serving nasty food! Skip this location! It's horrible. I keep going back thinking it will change and it never does! They will give you old chicken that's not suitable for a dog, and the taco bell is skimpy they cut on everything!

either open for kfc only or drive through only constantly, seems to be at the whim of the workers when it gets too busy. Consider yourself lucky if it is open and you actually receive the food you want

I just stopped here for a lux box, went inside to order and the guy asked if I had a pick up or mobile order. I said no. He said they were just open inside for pick up and mobile orders. I said ok, you just lost a sale and a customer. Either lock the door or put up a freaking sign. NEVER GO TO THE SALINE TACO BELL. THEY SUCK AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUATOMER SERVICE. Next time I crave, I will drive to Ann Arbor. What a bunch of punks in that store!!!

The staff claimed they were short-handed, but I saw them standing around talking one woman in particular was chatting the entire time. My order took almost an hour to complete and was still incorrect. This happened on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 5:20 PM, and the order wasn’t finished until around 6:00 PM. Maybe if they balanced work and chatting a bit better, things would run more smoothly.
This location sucks. They use dirty, old fryer oil. It makes the chips smell like cardboard and it also will make you sick for days if you eat it. Absolutely awful. Very poorly managed.

So I used the mobile app and went through the drive through to let them know I was there and ready to pick up my order. I was told to cancel the order because they were short staffed. They said I could try putting it in later but they apparently had too many door dash orders. Second time I’ve had this happen. Very frustrating.
