I have no clue how this place has 4.5 stars.First off, smells like a urinal cake when you walk in. Second, service was slow, unfriendly, and thoughtless. Served all food and drinks without silverware or napkins, food was cold before we received them. Which was totally fine because the food was flavorless (taco salad and nachos) and poorly prepared. “Nachos” were simply shredded cheese over a bit of overcooked meat with raw veggies. No sour cream or salsa included. Taco salad has like a quarter cup of meat, the sour cream cup contained more product than there was meat on the salad.But, at least my Tito’s and Cran was strong enough to wash the taste of disappointment from my mouth!

The best burgers and Pizza in Saline, beats just about anything in neighboring Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti as well. An old School bar with an Up North feel, the Bartenders are all Super Cool, Amber, Nichole, and Bailey all do a great Job. Check out their Steak Night sometime.

Nicole the waitress was very good and hustling but the kitchen staff was terrible. All I ordered was 10 chicken wings and my friend ordered a hamburger. After an hour and 1 1/2 my friend finally got his hamburger and after 2 hours I finally canceled my order for chicken wings. Next time after golf I will eat at Rustic Glen and not counton thompsons (polar bear) for food. Sorry I can't say anything good about the food because I didn't recieve any. 2 guys sitting next to me ordered a 1/2 hour after me and got there hamburgers the same time as my friend. (Kitchen help needs help)

Old timey bar, good fish dinner and cole slaw, quesadillas, onion rings. Get there before the rush or don't go, unless you like to wait 3 hours for dinner which literally happened to us. Got there at 6:15, didn't get our food until 9pm. Cooks were overwhelmed.Parking: If you get there early, no problem.
Delicious Blue Cheese Burger! Pretzel dip is delicious Gouda not generic nacho cheese. Highly Recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Our group visited Thompson's Bar and Grill last evening. We had four appetizers, burgers, a Reuben sandwich and beers. Everything we had was excellent, including the beer (Hazy Jane). Service was prompt too, with a smile - can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend.

Stopped for lunch. Staff was friendly and provided very good service. The Philly steak and cheese sandwich was large in size and super good. We have been here several times and always have had great food and service.
