Rude service at drive thru. Why? All I did was place a normal order. Also: eggshell in egg sandwich, and English muffins weren't toasted much or even warm, like eating one straight out of the bag

Terrible customer service & unprofessional. My father told me about an awful experience he had this morning. Asked for two breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. Went through drive thew. Was first told he could not give the breakfast sandwiches back and then was asked for them back and all they did was scrape off the cheese and hand them back. My dad noticed the cheese and asked politely for them to create new sandwiches for him. There was no sense of urgency to do so. They created new sandwiches and the manager was barely even apologetic about what had happend. My dad attempted to give constructive criticism when handed the sandwiches and thanked the manager and walked out. As my dad was walking out one of the staff members was aggressively telling my dad he needed to leave as he was already walking out of the door.

The customer service and lack of professionalism at this place seems ridiculous. I felt bad for my retired dad just trying to get a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and have some respect from people who work there. Learn some common courtesy please. And scraping off cheese from a sandwich and handing it to a customer doesn't seem very Serve Safe to me.

I was very impressed with the line leader on sunday morning. Very impressive. He was kind to the staff and encouraged them. I'd work for him in a heartbeat. It was really busy and he kept them calm. Well done!!

I ordered a croissant version of the bacon and egg sandwich and a chai tea latte. The chai tea latte was so sweet that I couldn't drink it all lol

It baffles me why so many businesses now think it's a good idea when a customer inquires about price to cover up the actual price. I ordered a combo meal and then decided to add a bagel with cream cheese. I was told a new price that was almost 4 dollars more. When I asked if a bagel with cream cheese was extra and was told cream cheese was charged separately, I expected to be told how much cream cheese was before rushing to complete the transaction and give me change. If I was properly informed about the costs, I may have changed my mind on the at least the cream cheese, but I would be writing a positive review and returning instead of writing a bad one and not coming back. Hope the extra money for the cream cheese was worth it. Then I wanted to give a 2 star for efficiency even if for the wrong reason, but just realized I only got half of the whole sandwich I ordered, so got to do a 1 star now.

Every time I come here for work, it's beyond busy with a line to the street. They bust through the lines and always have a great attitude. One of the best and most efficient Timmy's in the state.

Shame on me for continuing to come back. I continue to stop in thinking it'll be better than the last. But the staff is not friendly, the poor employee at the front counter is over worked. It took close to 10 min to help 3 customers, while the drive-through has 3 people taking care of it. Since when are you charging for puppy doughnuts! An Iced Cap and Dog tim-bit cost $6.65.. I think this will be my last visit to the Saline Tim Hortons.

I always had good experience at this place but one tall lady who is always in the evening shift has made things horrible and I avoid going to this location. She has no ethics and worst to interact. Many time she served me coffee which not at all hot but when I told her instead of taking care of it she replied saying it is fresh and completely ignored my statement like I don’t understand the difference in hot and cold. I was daily customer of this location but because of this lady I have stopped visiting. I never had such issues during day. She should actually be fired if the owner of this location is serious about the business. Once my coupon didn’t not work and the only answer she had that she can’t help. What a horrible person you have hired who doesn’t even know on how to deal with customers?

Got a Pumpkin spice latte and they gave me a small, was charged for a medium , asked for a large... And then I drank it and it's just coffee and cream no sugar no flavourings no nothing. I'm very sad

Excellent service from the staff. I came in for breakfast with my son and after I was seated they personally brought me my coffee. The staff seem great. Thank you!

Four out of 10 times, expect your coffee order to be wrong. It never fails when ordering a coffee, no matter which size, that it will be wrong. A coffee with three or four sugars shouldn't be that hard. Lo and behold, it's creamer, not sugar. There is another chain coffee shop just down the road.
