I can unfortunately no longer keep going to this location. While the staff is friendly and the service is quick, as of late, the espresso drinks are consistently being made incorrectly. Despite ordering a large latte, which should have 3 shots of espresso, the drinks come out looking and tasting completely of milk. It seems staff are putting the same amount of espresso (1 shot) regardless of the size. Super bummer because I used to love going here for my midday boost.

Drive thru lane was wrapped around the building, down the street, and around the street corner! The people inside are rude and do NOT listen. In Florida, my dunkin order is 4 cream, 3 caramel, and 1 sugar. The workers refuse to do as instructed. I get a FLOOD of cream and sugar. No caramel. It's upsetting because I love Tim Hortons coffee. Well, I guess no more. 😞😡

Staff was extremely kind! It was super busy this morning (and I suspect most mornings) so I opted to go in rather than waiting in the drive thru. Had a good experience. I know how hectic it can be working in a busy environment and I appreciate that the staff still chose to be kind, especially with how rough things can be. Definitely will be back in the future. As for the food, they’ve got a good selection and I tried the new chai latte and it was great. Quite spicy, in a good way! Prices aren’t too bad but a little on the higher side, however everything I’ve tried here has been good.

Dear Nicole, You are just one star away from perfection. I was the mom who was trying to figure out what her daughter can drink on a Sunday late afternoon. You were very informative , provide rude awakening that the French Vanilla actually contains caffeine. Hot chocolate was songood that I needed some sip even if my daughter got it. Dont give up the hope that theres good people out there and next time show your smile. My daughter liked you and I appreciated your honesty. Tell your boss this shift on Sunday deserve a generous raise.

I placed an order for my work, I spoke with Anthony, he was very friendly and provided great customer service. When I picked up my order, it was ready for me, Anthony even took the coffee boxes that I order out to my car for me. I will be ordering from this location again! Thank you!

Rude service at drive thru. Why? All I did was place a normal order. Also: eggshell in egg sandwich, and English muffins weren't toasted much or even warm, like eating one straight out of the bag
