I go through the drive thru 2-3 times a month. Every time I am greeted warmly and friendly. I never feel rushed, and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong! I've gone inside once or twice when I had more time, and had the same experience. Super friendly, everything is spotless, and never a long wait. The drive thru line extends out into the side street some mornings, which should tell you it's good, but the line goes really fast.

I desperately wanted one of their plain cake doughnuts. Went through drive through late, like 7 PM. So my rating has to do with end of day. I bought the last 4 doughnuts. They had that taste I love but were a bit dry. Though my rating reflects that—end of day, the store is probably much better earlier in day when doughnuts are fresh.

Food is fresh and fast, and tge employees are always very friendly.Parking: The parking lot, specifically the area, just in front of the drive-through and along the front of the building, is full of potholes. If it rains or is dark, you may not see them, and they are difficult to avoid when you can.

I started working near here with my son who had to have Tim Hortons in order to have a good day. I then started joining in. Every morning I continue to be astounded by the quality of the sandwich that seems to be made with the same care every morning. Even recently when McDonalds was closed and they were extremely busy and a vehicle broke down at the speaker. I met the cook Andrew Melanie who was a bit prickly due to the circumstances. But he makes an incredible sandwich!!!

This group of employees ROCK!!! I pulled into their parking lot in a motorcoach (45 foot bus). As I was walking to the door, a young lady was standing outside, I told her, "I'm sorry, I don't fit through the drive thru." She said, "I know, we saw you pull in, and we were waiting for you to come in. The dining room isn't open, but we make exceptions for large vehicles." THANK YOU!!! I can't tell you how much that means to me, since I've had SEVERAL places refuse to open doors, and tell me to use the drive thru.? The food and service were awesome, and they let me hang out inside, without pressure to go back to my vehicle. Even if they don't let you inside, THIS is the Tim Hortons I'd recommend visiting in the Ann Arbor area.
I was there over the weekend and they were out of milk, which is ok it happens, but I feel like my drink was smaller cuz I took another variety of milk the cup sleeve was larger than the cup. And inside was half whipped cream. I was just passing thru, not my normal Tim Hortons.

Greeted immediately. Ordered a coffee but did not specify hot or cold but the staff made it right! Quiet inside area for meeting friends.Big parking lot. Drive through steady but not too busy. I would recommend if you dont like the long wait of Starbucks or McDonalds!
