Dave's double - served fresh and hot. id customized it and it was served as ordered. they do seem to be under staffed and the drive thru line was a bit backed up and slow moving but I was there around lunch rush. there are hiring signs all over the property so it appears they are attempting to find people to help with the staffing issue.

Horrible customer services. Before I could even get any words out some kids are yelling through the mike “hello” while laughing. This was around 6 pm on February 25th. I try to proceed with taking my order but they continued laughing saying “hello” so then I just pulled off , as I’m pulling off I see a young guy in the window laughing in the window. Sad to say it but u can’t even allow kids to run your business no more. Worst experience ever.

Expect a long wait for your food. When dining inside, the drink machine doesn't work because the employees don't want to replace the syrup. If you want a refill, you have to wait at the empty counter until someone acknowledges you. There is no ketchup in the dining area either, so you have to stand and wait at the empty counter. Then, when you finally get someone to set down their phone, they hand you two ketchup packets. Employees here are lazy and slow.

I ordered 2 Dave's Doubles through UberEats the total came to $36. For 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Our burgers arrived with no ketchup,mustard or mayo! The burgers were completely plain and dry!! It tastes like jail food! The 2 cokes we got were not even carbonated they were flat. Tasted like syrup. I tried to call Wendy's and there phone number is not active! This location is going to close!! I've been a fan of Wendy's since I was a kid and it's sad to see I can't even get a simple burger from them anymore. Wasted my money!

People, tired too much work for not enough people. We were in line to order and they shut down, without notice. Lights were all on. We really like the food. This Wendy's seems to most always have a problem when we want to order a meal. If the dining room is closed they should have a sign in the window like other Wendy's. If they are shutting down Lights need to be shutting off.

My friend and I went to this Wendy’s and were thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, they were not selling the Peppermint Frosty, even though it was advertised. Secondly, when we did receive our frosty order (chocolate and vanilla), we were in a chaotic mess because the employees did not put spoons or straws in the bag with our food we ordered. So, as we were traveling on the road, we had to make do without spoons or straws, which was messy, inconvenient, and difficult . Although the employees were nice, I expected better from Wendy’s when I go there and pay $15. Not coming back for a long while.

Terrible service...sit in the drive thru for an hour on my lunch break to be told the card reader is down! I ask you cant take cash... once again are card reader is down...then I wonder about the labor laws when I 13 year old is taking my order and a 10 year old is handing me my food!?!? What in the hell is going on at this restaurant? Very bad!!

If you look up slower than frozen molasses, you will find a description of this place. The drive through can serve only about 4 customers in 30 minutes. That's just not acceptable. Especially when you get cold fries, they mix up the meals so if you think that the bag with spicy nuggets is yours, you will be wrong. All around disappointed as I am eating Jr cheeseburger instead of a bacon double stack
