My son and I came here for dinner and the first shift bartender took our order. I received my food cold and they forgot to make my son's food. We waited 2hrs for the food. I ordered hot dogs with fries and my son ordered a pizza. My food was brought into the kitchen and the cook put my food into the oven, to reheat my food. I didn't eat much, because the food didn't taste good. I believe in michigan you can't reheat someone's food after it's been served.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a bar. The bartender was/is very rude and is clueless. My son's girlfriend, Tiara wanted a Blue Hawaiian Drink. He right away said he didn't know how to make it. I said it has blue curacao and I pronounced it Cure-ah-souw, he said cur-rock-o. Okay, sure! and lemonade. He responded with no smile, dry, we don't have lemonade. I replied just use sprite and vodka, she just wants a blue drink. He suggested a long island and she said okay. She got the drink and said to me, it has too much coke. I asked the guy bartender if he could put more sour mix in the drink. He said long islands don't have sour mix. I bartend part time since 2007 so at this point yes, yes it does it at least 80 % of the recipes I have seen. But okay, can you just add some sour mix please. He takes the glass and hands it back. no smile no trying to just Tiara a drink she likes. We get a table they drink their drinks. I am drinking water (driver). They decide to get another drink. I go up to the bar area that says order here. They guy bartender and the girl bartender stand at the other end of the bar conversing and then there is another guy behind the bar. They send him down because I guess the sour mix was too much for them. I ask the guy who the manager is and he says me. I say okay then who is the owner and he says also me. I told him I do wish you know how we were treated. Explained how he corrected my curacoa word ( does it matter) and how long islands don't have sour mix. He agreed that they do have sour mix and would take care of it. I let him know they wanted another drink but that will be the last time I spend money had his establishment. Cashed out and yes, I still left a tip.

Said it was because it would get too Smokey if they cooked more than a couple things at a time and the fire department wouldn’t like it. Then brought us our bill before the food.. they forgot it but they were going to charges for it. Sounds like they have poor ventilation and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a restaurant.. Ithe food wasn’t good either.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I went to this bar once to twice a week to shoot pool for about a yr. A few months in a regular patron befriended me but when he started getting weird (inappropriately touching me/saying inappropriate things/being possesive and confrontational) with me and I asked him to stop he proceeded to smear campaign me to anyone who would listen, harass and intimidate me. When I brought it to the bar owners attention at first they seemed supportive but it quickly became evident after more harrasment and an almost violent encounter with this patron, that Aiden and his mother were not going to help despite there being witnesses. I have messages stating they couldnt stop this person from instigating things, that they couldnt take my word on it despite having witnesses and also cameras (which ex-employees lmk were not running at the time I was being harassed) and me coming to them as soon as possible when additional events occured. At one point I was told by Aiden if I dont like being harassed I can go to a different bar. They eventually told me after my husband was jumped by this patron with two other regulars, that they couldn't have both of us at the bar at the same time and that I could come in on Fri nights and he wouldnt be there. They said they wanted to "keep things fair." Any other night I'd have to call ahead by several hrs and get confirmed to come in even though I did nothing wrong. I avoided this man like the plague and Aiden and his mother and staff did nothing outside of barring him twice for acouple weeks before allowing him to return and "asking" him to stay away from me, which he refused to do. In fact, it upped the anty and enabled this person to escalate further and further. They also encouraged me to get a PPO shortly after my husband was jumped out front, so I did. A month after I got the PPO they rescinded they're agreement, telling me they needed to have standard policies for their employees and as instructed by the Kent County Sheriff's Dept that it was going to be first come first serve from here on out. This patron is there every day at open so they knew they were putting me out by doing this. I believe this happened because when they made a post about the Kent County Sheriff's Dept harassing them I laugh emojied it and commented its not harassment if its justified. They say theyre for freedom of speech but blocked me from their business page quickly after that, and then completely changed the post so people would stop leaving negative remarks on it, as I wasn't the only one to have something to say to the contrary of their position on that post. They put money over my safety, and as long as they have that patron there, they're continuing to do that. It is definitely an unsafe/toxic environment, be careful who you buddy up to there and dont get too drunk, cuz there's a decent chance of something bad happening. I've witnessed full on brawls in this bar and personally know two people who have had their drinks laced here. Food also is just bar food, not very good.
