Amazing gluten free elk burger. Staff was also extremely friendly and kind working with my gluten (celiac) questions. 100% would come here again.

Great place to eat, delicious food, amazing wine and beer options, friendly and polite staff and very quick service. Would 10/10 recommend.

Not sure if I caught the staff at a bad time or if I did something on my end but eating here was just awful.
Mainly, the waitress was very stand-offish and rude from the beginning. No smile, seemed agitated, and just very clearly didn’t want herself and/or us to be there. Our order seemed rushed and very harsh (“What do you want 😑?”), while other customers were being met with a positive attitude? She practically threw my grandpa’s food down and said “here”.
Further, I wish the waitress elaborated on the menu (no idea I could get two sides) or even offered dessert.
Then my food. I asked for well done on an elk burger, my mistake probably. But it *tasted* charred. Even had my fiancé try it to make sure I wasn’t crazy. While he ordered well done and received rare.
My grandparents had come from out of state to meet my baby; also the baby’s first time in a restaurant. It was kind of a big deal on our end. It seemed like a great place to eat for dinner! Considering this is quite a small town and one of the only nice places to eat; I’m extremely disappointed with my visit.

Food wasn’t very good, I ordered the Gouda Mac and cheese, and it had little to no cheese, and was cold in the middle and bottom. And it took 30 minutes to get the appetizer and an extra 10 for our actual food. Would not come back.

We were with friends in Sandusky doing business and stopped in here to have dinner. We will definitely be back. The food is excellent and so was the service.

I had a great experience with this company when they removed a snake from our garden. They were very professional and provided tips on how to prevent future occurrences.

We enjoyed a Sunday Funday at Elk Street Brewery today! We LOVED it here!
We sampled several of their beers, they were great! Our appetizers and lunch were super yummy! Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and super clean!
We’ll definitely be back!

Really nice place. Beer quality was some of the best I've tasted.

Fantastic! We are here to work the Michigan Beet Harvest and came here after training. We met the owner, Todd, who is also the Sandusky Fire Chief, who is friendly and gracious. Our server, Kennedy, is amazing. My wife had the Cubano, I had the Michigan Cherry Salad, both were outstanding! Please take the time to stop in! Their beer is great, too! I had the Elktoberfest Marzen that I really enjoyed. Please make this place explode!

My expensive chicken wrap barely had any dressing on it. Food presentation is basic. Not worth $15.

I'm reading all the 5 star reviews and I really wish I was giving you one. We ordered the $17 burgers 1/2 pound which were 2 frozen 1/4 pound patties stacked on top of each other and tasted like they came from Walmart down the road. Heard the cocktail owner say they were out of French fries that's because we got the scraps in the bottom of the bag lol. The potato salad and coleslaw were served at room temperature luke warm and my wife just got over food poisoning a couple months before at another restaurant so that all went to waste not wanting a repeat of that. Let's see the owner had to take our drink order and that went ok, but 20 minutes later we got our waitress to take our food order as she was busy with the 3 other tables she had. So all we seen of her was when she took the order and came to give us the bill, the cook broughtusoutour food. I wish I could get most of the tip back as she really didn't do anything but I'm not that kind of person, I just paid it and no reason to go back. Next time I'm in the area and want a burger I'll just head to Burger King and save $30.
