This was our first time going, the food was great!! The fried pickles were outstanding!!! Everyone in my family was very happy with their food!!...it was very clean, even the restrooms! & our waitress was amazing I think her name was Riley (but I could be wrong, I'm bad with names!) Over all I'm very happy we chose to go to Mint!! We will definitely be going back & highly recommend it for some good food!!

I was so excited to check this place out every time I come to visit my son here in Michigan all the way from Georgia a few times a year. However, unfortunately, the experience was far from what I hoped It would be. Although, It has a beautiful curb appeal and the interior has wonderful ambience the rest was not so great. ? The server started out being very nice But was very busy cleaning up and whatever else they were having her do running around back & forth to where she did not take the time to look Around to see if we needed something. I had to go find her once after twice trying to wave her down for sauce & refills a couple times. I literally felt like I needed to wave her down like air traffic control. I even had to have the owner get our sauces. Then to top it off The burger we ordered was not medium done. It was well done. And the fries were as cold as they could be upon arrival. Not to mention my son’s “Fresh salad” (not) had blueberries in it that were not fresh. They were so mushy Is the best way to describe. another thing that I didn’t realize until after we left is that my Baja steak salad was missing the fresh avocados they advertise. I had actually brought it to the servers attention about all the problems with the food when she asked if everything was good. She was nice enough to take the entire burger and fries meal off of our bill. I figure if you don’t tell them they don’t know what they should fix so many restaurants go out of business because they don’t know what is wrong And Why their patrons are dwindling. So I even mentioned to The owner about the terrible service thinking she already knew about all the bad food problems. She seemed annoyed with me, That I let her know this for some odd reason. We were really hoping for an amazing experience. Especially at the AMAZING HIGH END prices they charge. I thought it was going to be a high-end restaurant with high-end food and high-end service, but we totally got mediocre at best. But maybe we caught them on an off day? Not sure but I’m not willing to go back to see if that’s what it is because of the attitude of the owner and incompetence of the server.

Service was slow. Ordered French Onion soup. It was so spicy we couldn't eat it and sent it back. Appetizers came after the soup. I expected Parmesan appetizer to be like Mozzarella sticks It was bread balls deep fried and sprinkled with Parmesan. They were tough as was the bread. I doubt we will ever go back. It was my son's birthday and he did receive a piece of cheese cake with a candle on it which was nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am 75 and handicapped and there was a handicapped entrance but the parking was quite a ways away.

Took my wife here for her 50th birthday afterthought party/family get together. Service and food was amazing!!! They had an extremely nice, clean restaurant and friendly staff. Our waitress was spot on with everything and did an outstanding job. This restaurant is a valuable addition to Sandusky's dining experience.

First time in the area (I live 2 hours away) The food was AMAZING. You can really taste the freshness. The artwork was so beautiful, the bathrooms were not only clean, but so accommodating! We had the manager as a waitress. She was great, my daughter gives this restaurant 15 stars! The owner did such an amazing job, if I lived closer I would be a regular!

The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful very welcoming and friendly customer service was absolutely amazing and the food was absolutely exquisite
I don’t know what happened here but their new menu is nowhere near as good as their original menu. I’ve also noticed that the quality has taken a bit of a dive as well. I just ordered the Italian grilled cheese which they said was the equivalent of their old toasted Italian sandwich but with different bread. It only had two slices of deli meat on it… definitely not worth the price. I’m hoping they improve because when they opened the food was really great and I would really like to keep coming here but I would like to see an improvement.

Ordered a couple of chicken Caesar wraps to go, with garlic aoli on the side. AMAZING! Staff was polite and didn't take long to have ready. Parking is a tad confusing for out of towners with the road work, but once we found the public Parking in back, easy!

We went there Friday night of the Sanilac Co Fair so maybe busier than normal? Yes they were understaffed, with the Friday night crowd. They were doing great with great attitudes. Every place needs time to work out the bugs and the construction downtown I'm sure hasn't helped any. Definitely will go back for lunch and dinner. Very impressed with the attitudes of all the employees being overwhelmed but in such good moods and providing the best service possible!
