My husband and I decided to come here for my birthday and I will say after being excited as pizza hut as been a big part of our childhood, we both left extremely disappointed. Deep dishes back in the day was square with a deep crust. We were given a round pizza smothered in sauce on top and when I say smothered it looked as if a huge restaurant size can of sauce was just poured all over it. It was very unappetizing that I could barely get a bite down. And my husband is the pizza guru and he couldn't even make it through a whole slice. Waitress was not very friendly and I believe we were actually the first customers of the day. For what we paid I could have gone else where for better food. Sadly I do not think we will be returning customers.

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza, but our local dine-in location closed during COVID and never re-opened, leaving us with only a delivery/take-out location in our neck of the woods. I found this Pizza Hut Classic location on the internet and my wife and I drove an hour and a half to get there; we made a day trip of it. Very nice, clean location with a functioning salad bar! We were there around noon on a Sunday, and we must have gotten there before the "after church rush" because it was empty when we got there, but later on several other families showed up. The food was great. My wife and I enjoyed salads from the well-stocked salad bar. The pizza crust was light and fluffy, just the way I like it. This is a great place with good food and good service. We enjoyed our visit.
Vegetarian options: The Veggie Lover's pizza is great if you are a lacto-ovo vegetarian.

My daughter and I just left the pizza hit in Sandusky. We both had the Cheese Alfredo. it was some of the best we've ever had, the service was top notch also. highly recommend!
I used to work at this Pizza Hut more than a decade ago. That being said, I’m not sure if they switched ingredients or suppliers - but the pasta I tried was inedible. I arrived 10 minutes after placing my order to a pasta with cold cheese. The pizza was okay but tasted very bland and the dough was definitely not fresh. I would recommend going elsewhere, but with limited options in Sandusky - Pizza Hut is still the best. I wish they paid attention to customer satisfaction and overall customer service. If a better pizza place opened in Sandusky it would surely be difficult for Pizza Hut to survive. Marcos, Jets and even Hungry Howies are all better - especially with regards to how this particular Pizza Hut is managed.

It's looks like very healthy and delicious Super Supereme personal pizza pan with garlic breadsticks and healthy and delicious ? with French dressing and healthy and delicious strawberry-lemonade at Pizza hut restaurant in Sandusky.

(I would post a pic of my complaint but Google reviews won't let me)The crust was unbelievably thin and we did not order thin crust. So thin that I must assume they somehow used thin crust by accident (because if that was their "regular" crust I would be even more displeased).The sauce tasted very generic, like tomato paste with sugar added.We basically spent 20$ on a store brand frozen pizza and we were not satisfied at all.It was a complete waste of money tbh.After that one and only experience we will not ever return, not because of bad service or anything but the pizza was just the weakest, lamest pizza, with no flavor and i wouldn't be surprised if the crust was shipped in, pre formed and frozen.I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

I ordered an melt to be delivered, was told 25-30 minute yet after waiting an hour and calling to see why it didn't arrive, they said it could not be delivered and I politely asked for an refund where they appruptly hung up on me after saying it take an 3 day period to be refunded.
