Got 2 subs. Bread on both was extremely hard and stale. And vegis tasted sour. $23 dollars for 2 stale subs. Won't go back there.

Online, it says it opens at 10 AM but don’t count on it. I walked in at 10:37, lights are dim and gate is half open. I was waiting at the counter and got a rude “we ARENT open yet”. Went to the deli counter to get something else for lunch. Came back to walk out the door and all of the lights were on and the gate was open 5 minutes later. Didn’t know they opened at exactly 10:42, my bad

Footlong roast beef. Double meat.
Meat was sour. No refund or replacement because I didn't have my receipt even though I bought it within 5min. Place sucks. $17 for a sub with bad meat. Never again! Place sucks!

Crystal is incredibly rude. Confrontational with customers about the smallest issue. Leaves people waiting for pickup orders because “app is down” even though the payment was taken out for the order. Screaming and swearing at customers, has no idea what customer service is. Talks about paying customers to coworkers while they are still in the store. 10/10 do not recommend.

Employee was awesome but asked for sauce on the side and she said boss does not allow that. What the hell you pay I even offered to pay extra but no. Not sure who the boss or owner is but he just lost a lot of business.!!!! I will definitely let everyone I know to avoid this place if they continue to not accommodate your customers!!! Shame on you for being selfish
First she made me the wrong sub. Then she tells me she can't give me little cups of pickles. My son gets no veggies and no dressing. The she tells me the lobby closes soon I told her I was taking it home. Then she made my sub she barely put any mayo on it told me she didn't have any more didn't even go and look in the cooler. Just very rude

The hole experience was bad they asked for what bread I wanted and didn’t give me the right bread and moving on to the toppings they just clumped it up and mad it so sloppy the bread was soggy and the worker were beating so mean and I had to repeat my self a couple times and I still didn’t get the right order never going back there agin.
Once again a bad experience. The worker was rude, gave us the wrong bread, overfilled with veggies, meat and cheese was clumped up and too much mayo and mustard on mine. Husband's was wrong bread, worker added the onions asked foe then removed them and didn't replace them. He had an atttias though we were infringing on his time and he kept yawning like he was bored. My husband had to repeat himself several times about our order. The sandwiches were sub par, the service was rude, and this is the last time we will be going to this "restaurant ".

Absolutely the worst subway I've ever visited. Bread was burnt. Pickles were so old they were white. Debris in the tomato container. Only order being filled and was being rushed as if there was a back up from hell.

The worst experience I’ve had. You get girl snobby as hell. Would not cut my tomatoes in half nor would add mayo on top of sub. She literally was so rude. Never again will I go back.
