2nd time walking out of this place with no food.... walked up to counter and there was an employee at the register. She did not even look up or acknowledge me and then walked away! Will never come here again. Remember people you picked your job & to work where you work nobody forced you.

Idk how many 2nd chances I've given this place but I believe this one is the last. Ordered 4 items on the mobile app at 11:37. Arrived at 11:50 it wasn't ready so I took a seat. By 12 I was pretty sure they hadn't even started it yet. When I asked they finally started my food. Didn't actually have it until 12:10. Food was a mess. 1 burrito was grilled till it was hard, chalupa wasn't wrapped up and upside down in the bag. All the contents at the bottom of the bag. Taco bell has been a favorite fast food restaurant of mine for years but this location needs a complete overhaul.

Haven't been here in a while. So figured I would give it a go. 3 steak chalupas, and 1 beef burrito supreme. $27 bucks ! Actually 26 something, then they try to guilt you into donating by rounding up. In which they collect all the money, and they take the tax credit. Anyway ..... Are you serious? And to add insult to injury, the chalupas were not right at all. It's like they have been made and sitting a while. If your going to charge me a price higher than a sit down restaurant, for God sake make it fresh. I did get my food and under a minute, but I'm not sure that should have been possible. I guess I'm just shocked. I know prices have gone up, but come on. $27.00?

Taco Bell is Taco Bell if you've been there you know what to expect n what your getting usually. Restaurant always well kept n food always fantastic But the service at this Taco Bell in Sandusky Michigan is BELOW THE MINIMALIST EXPECTATIONS!!! Tho we have used this restaurant for the entirety of it length here after numerous less than satisfactory orders. Pre ordered on the app all but to arrive for our pickup to be told the are missing lettuce cheese taco meat pico not all at once but certain items occurring at multiple different times today we ordered on app along with what I seen 3 other customers at least pulling up to the drive thru n drive away. Today's incident was a hand written paper on the pickup window " closed due to ice storm" although on a second pass thru the drive thru due to pre place app order s person answered and Informed me the would open ASAP but still had very much work to do and wasn't sure if or when ( if you're closeed why n how are employees there?) so my assumption is the management at this Sandusky Michigan location should probably be reviewed by upper or district management as to be upgraded to someone who has better ordering planning scheduling and commitment to their job or at least be able to update their online status as to prevent people from ordering at a closed or undersuppled established. One person or location is possible to tarnish a brand name and establishment

Worst experience ever nothing was hot the staff is so rude and unpleasant called up there to let them no how bad it was and instead of fixing the problem they wanted to argue. Definitely will never waste my money there again

There was NO MEAT in the she'll. If I had wanted a hard, shell full of lettuce, drizzled with enough cheese to see....I'll never go back to the Taco Bell in Sandusky MI. I tried twice, and it was the same both times.

Woman who took out order was SO friendly and patient. She was a dog lover and I certainly will be telling the Bell about her. She was knowledgeable about prices and DESERVES a higher position/pay rate! Even when under going road construction and renovations they still find plenty of time to be professional courteous and polite. A++. I went to Drive through, no wait. Wonderful staff. Clean environment. Awesome!!

When you ask nicely why you waited in line so long for your food and the worker starts screaming at you slams the door in ur face then waves at you from the other side even tho when you waited on ur food you seen 4 girls infront of the window against it leaning and talking to each other then I asked multiple times for her name so I can put in something about it and they wouldn’t tell you her name. She was blonde younger and they said her name was Emma unsure if that was her actual name or not. Worst service in my entire life. I never been treated so disrespectfully ever. I hope she gets fired. If she doesn’t then they are running that Taco Bell into the ground. If she talked to someone else that way they might have flipped out. Emma should be glad I have patience that she clearly does NOT have.

Placed order in drive thru, took 25 minutes to get to window to pay and receive food. It was delicious and warm, but it just shouldn't take that long in the off time between lunch and dinner.
