Workers had the sign lights, logo lights, and yard lights off at 6:30 (pitch dark). Didn't care when we brought it up even though we specifically stated they looked closed because of it. Sounded dismissive and also claimed the signs and lights weren't operational. Closed the window on us while we were still speaking to them. Not very professional.

This Taco Bell frustrates me. It seems most times I come here they are either out of a main product, have equipment broken, or are closed early. The staff is wonderful with the dumpster fire they have to work with, but it appears management couldn't care less...

Good food & great people! Very clean inside. They do need to improve on editing orders, as in no sourcream means no sourcream, lol, I do understand the order rush. Hospitality from employees and managers is very good.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Is on ground for easy access.

Worse location hands down!This place has gone from ok to a nightmare in the short time it has been open. The quality is horrible. We have tried it several times and would just dismiss issues as lack in workers, covid & such. Chalupa shells are so stale and hard we couldn't bite into them. Hard taco shells were all broken and stale. Beans...should not even be served.Why didn't I return food? Because we are 20 minutes away.I would not so much as buy a drink at this location again.

We went to the drive thru and ordered a Crunch Wrap with chipotle sauce on it. When I tried to eat it, there was so much chipotle that it squeezed out the sides and onto my clothes and truck. It was so spicy and dripping everywhere that it was inedible. What a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell.

The manager decided to harass me as I was getting ready to order because I wanted to use the plug while I was there, stating that it was company policy... My company is a regular customer of Taco Bell and will never return to this location for ANY reason unless it's to celebrate the toxic manager being fired...
They literally just throw your food together! Worse Taco Bell ever. They aren’t even busy enough to be rushing. !

The management is a joke can't keep a staff, can't keep inventory, can't keep equipment working. Now they are closed at 10 pm this location is a joke corporate needs to look into this location. Maybe provide better training or get new management .

Taco bell isn't all it' is saying believe me I worked there and for the managers I can say there are only a few that do there job other then that people smock in the break room and yet they have there job wow and when you try and talk too the manager they just close the door and say well that's the end of that and people don't clean there hands that is why I only had a few people make my food

If I owned this location or worked for the main offices I would fire every manager at this location and reset, putting all employees on notice.This particular location is consistently pathetic. Sat for 40 minutes in drive thru line ( only stayed because we pre-ordered with the app and we live in a very rural area with minimal food options) When we pull upto the window, 3 employees are playing around acting like we are an inconvenience. Manager standing right there watching. DO SOMETHING TO EARN YOUR PAY, ALL OF YOU! Usually this location closes early or run out of certain foods, how’s that happen? After we got our food, there was no chicken in the chicken power bowl!!! Conveniently acted like they couldn’t print a receipt when I mentioned I wanted one to be able to submit a complaint.Immediately drove down the road to McDonalds, pulled up and gone in less than 2 minutes.
