The atmosphere was very inviting with feeling among family as you walked inside to the place. Good size portions of food with a good options available to choose from to order. The staff was able to meet accommodations for dietary restrictions if needed. Large room is also available to use if needed to have more of a larger group of people to eat with. I definitely recommend this place and will be stopping by here again when traveling in the area.

When you go into a small town restaurant, expect a small town restaurant. Cute little place, unique, for sure. The biscuits and gravy were not the southern style I had hoped for but their sausage is 10/10, pancakes and syrup 10/10, my mom said omelette was 10/10. Bathroom was just a tad bit unexpected but that’s okay lol customer service was quite friendly, especially if you have the peace of mind and patience. They even helped us on a rather unusual side quest. Would go back

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to eat after finding out our normal Chinese spot was closed. When we pulled up we knew we were skeptical but trusted it and walked in and all I have to say is, it felt like I was at my grandma’s family dinners again, we both have really bad social anxiety or in other words we have a hard time talking to new people but they didn’t call us out on it and instead respected us and our presence. The food was cooked perfectly, I had spaghetti and my girlfriend had a bbq pulled pork sandwich, the sandwich was amazing and the pork was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the bun was home made and tasted amazing, and the Mac and cheese was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The spaghetti had perfectly cooked noodles and the sauce was probably some of the best I’ve ever had, and they give perfect portions of the garlic bread to clean your plate afterwards. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm and I felt like I could sit there for hours and chat. By far one of the best food experiences I’ve had and I will definitely be coming back to try more of their home cooked delicious food and there salad bar aswell.

My boyfriend and I came in because we were looking for a place to eat, we found this place on google and figured we should go, when we walked in it was very homey, and peaceful.Food was wonderful, the bbq pulled pork sandwich was very good and had a delicious bun, spaghetti smelled good and the one guy made sure we were good and made sure the food was perfect for us, it’s very affordable and i recommend the mac n cheese. overall i would definitely go again, very nice people.

The freshest quality ingredients are second to none. More people should know about this place. Quite possibly the best southwest Rueben I've ever had. The owner asked if it was too hot, and it probably was for alot of people as the seeds were not removed from the jalapeños but I would expect nothing less from a Mennonite kitchen and it was an incredible sandwich. Excellent Excellent food. I will be back to try other menu options.

I've eaten at The Dining Room several different times. The food has always been fine, and the service has been very friendly. I would recommend The Dining Room to anyone wishing to escape the McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King atmosphere ... for sure.
