I gave it a 4 star vs the 2 or 3 I was thinking because of our experience yesterday. We came for breakfast today based on our experience yesterday. Yesterday was great, really happy with the food and service. Would have rated it 5 stars. Today was a totally different experience. Each of us ordered the Breakfast Buffet. Our drinks didn't arrive until we were finished with our food. The food today was also sub par. If I were to base whether or not to return based only...
Clean out-of-the-way place. We are a family of 6 with young kids. I found the staff friendly and the place clean. The southern omelette was fantastic. It was big, tasty and very filling. I cant recommend the biscuit—at least the one I had, as it was hard and dry. The toast and the hash-browns were good. I think both were house made. The kids ate all their food which is unusual and asked for more. We are headed back tonight for the stromboli.
I like to cone in for the chicken parm and the sauce not always cooked the same. Sometimes it's great sometimes it has too much tomato paste in it, it seems. But sometimes it's too tomato strong, and other times it's amazing. Not sure what seems to be the issue.
