I LOVE this small business and the coffee is amazing! I’ve never had any big issues with the service, only a few bad attitudes here and there. I get it, I used to work customer service so I don’t usually take much to heart. This morning was different because I finally mustered up the courage to ask the owner a question (big mistake). I am new to the reward system and haven’t been receiving points as usual since the beginning of the July. It WAS connected to the card I use and automatically giving points, but randomly stopped. I let it go for a few weeks due to having anxiety and not wanting to bother anyone. Today I kindly asked how it worked and I got “you have to sign in, it’s not my responsibility to do it for you” *que the condescending tone*. This really threw me off as I have always been kind and received kindness from the owner. I felt defeated and embarrassed. I sat in my car for a few minutes panicking and wondering what I did wrong. Those who don’t suffer from anxiety may never understand, but please just be kind. I will continue to support this business, and there is no animosity. You never know what people are going through and something small for you can be really big for others.

First time here at Mast's coffee ☕shop. Great service wonderful grub although not a huge selection but nevertheless great food and coffee. In the older section of the downtown area of Sebewing, Michigan. If you see an oddly looking clock tower you're practically there.,.
Mast's is the best place in the thumb to get your coffee fix! Delicious options, great atmosphere and friendly service!
Parking: There are over 12 parking spots available near Masts and another parking lot adjacent nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Masts offers sweet options like boba tea, frozen non coffee drinks and hot cocoa for kids.
