Bought breakfast here last week and the steak bagel my wife got was burnt. The hash browns were cold and it took five minutes to get it. Hell, even our pets wouldn't eat that garbage.

I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY and I got a cheeseburger with pickles and mustard. Completely the opposite of what I ordered. Then, the second time I came around they loaded my burger with onions. Then on the 3rd attempt, they finally got it right. But later that night I got sick and started vomiting uncontrollably. Get it together.

We are Sebewaing residents and we normally get great food but tonight we got 2 double cheeseburgers and the bun was hard and they were old. We also got fries and chicken nuggets.....same thing OLD! Very disappointed tonight

I called because the app said there were no hot drinks available and I wanted to verify if that was correct, yes I got my answer in a rude snotty voice and then hung up on. Christy, whoever you are… you need to work on your customer service skills. I cancelled the rest of my order on my app and went to Kretchsky’s instead. I don’t know how that McDonald’s is still open, especially after reading the other reviews and seeing the moldy pictures of the inside where your food is prepared how disgusting!

I really can't stand this McDonald's! Food is always OVER cooked. Steak, egg, bagel. Bagel is hard as a rock, steak is burnt to a crisp and egg is dry. Never get fresh food from this one, always tastes as if it was made at 5 am and sits there until someone buys it, I've gone through as early as 6 am and as late as 7 pm, food is always gross. Avoid this McDonalds.
My son loves McDonald's heck who am I kidding I still like McDonald's happy meals! I know I'm not alone in this hence the adult happy meals they need to get better toys for sure. Heck they could come up with things like the naughty/nice happy meals and I got more ideas where that came from!

9pm at night. We are the only ones inside. Drive through has 2 people from what I can see on the screen. Been waiting almost 10 minutes and still no food. Had to go and beg for cups to get our drinks.

I have traveled for 8-9yrs all the states. I tell u it's a shame that the 2nd worst McDonald's I have ever been to is right in my home county. I try to give it chance and chance again. Today for instance, it's 8a.m the lobby is still closed there are cars lined up all the way from in the main Rd..and what just to tell me still no frappe's lol...it's so many things I can't even, I won't even get in to it.. needs new owner, someone whom knows what they r doing.i have been saying this for two yrs now.
Definitely one of the better Mcdonald's.
