Went up tonight to get me and my three kids Hot Peppermint Mocha's. My daughter went to take a sip of her and the lid wasn't on all the way. It spilled all over her lap burning her inner thighs and private area. Thankfully we were able to pull her pants off quickly and prevent a serious burn. Lids must be put on properly! I blame myself for not checking it first. I'm just so greatful she is okay. Do better McDonald's!

We got there 30 minutes before closing and were greeted by the most unfriendly employee who wanted nothing to do with us. They delivered very well on speedy accurate and tasty food but utterly failed on the customer service front.

The server was Lizzie and she was being a huge jerk. When were trying to order food an hour before they close and was Being very rude.
Bought breakfast here last week and the steak bagel my wife got was burnt. The hash browns were cold and it took five minutes to get it. Hell, even our pets wouldn't eat that garbage.
