I really can't stand this McDonald's! Food is always OVER cooked. Steak, egg, bagel. Bagel is hard as a rock, steak is burnt to a crisp and egg is dry. Never get fresh food from this one, always tastes as if it was made at 5 am and sits there until someone buys it, I've gone through as early as 6 am and as late as 7 pm, food is always gross. Avoid this McDonalds.

My son loves McDonald's heck who am I kidding I still like McDonald's happy meals! I know I'm not alone in this hence the adult happy meals they need to get better toys for sure. Heck they could come up with things like the naughty/nice happy meals and I got more ideas where that came from!

9pm at night. We are the only ones inside. Drive through has 2 people from what I can see on the screen. Been waiting almost 10 minutes and still no food. Had to go and beg for cups to get our drinks.

I have traveled for 8-9yrs all the states. I tell u it's a shame that the 2nd worst McDonald's I have ever been to is right in my home county. I try to give it chance and chance again. Today for instance, it's 8a.m the lobby is still closed there are cars lined up all the way from in the main Rd..and what just to tell me still no frappe's lol...it's so many things I can't even, I won't even get in to it.. needs new owner, someone whom knows what they r doing.i have been saying this for two yrs now.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! First off I had a mobile order and one of your employees was asked who’s frozen drink was sitting on the counter, that employee got all snobby said that it was a mobile order and that no one was there for it yet when in fact my man was standing right there and heard everything that was said. Second of all when I got my order everything was smooshed to the point everything was coming off of my food. I’m very upset how you guys could let your employees do this.

This used to be my favorite mcdonalds to go to, it seemed like the food was always fresh, prepared right, and customer satisfaction mattered. Now I'd rather go to taco bell next door because I won't get pulled forward and made to wait. It doesn't seem to matter what is ordered, meat they should have dropped vs cooked fresh. If it's not breakfast and I order through the app, I have to pull forward and wait almost every single time. Why bother using the app to save time if I'm forced to pull forward and wait anyway? The food is standard mcdonalds fare, nothing over the top. The employees at the windows are usually friendly.

My husband goes in the mornings to get me a caramel frappe and a sausage and cheese biscuit. This morning he ordered one and instead of giving him what he ordered the manager handed him a caramel iced coffee and pretty much told him he had to take it. Snapped at him that it’s the drink he is taking. After she probably rang him up for a frappe. The iced caramel coffee was bland. No caramel in it. Just a bland bitter iced drink. It’s not my husbands fault that she got the order wrong. It’s a shame too cause I really liked that McDonald’s.
