This company, as a whole, has become a joke. McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. 3 minute meals. Don't tell me to pull ahead and wait for 10 minutes while you're serving the customers that ordered after me! Do the math, you could have prepared my entire meal AND BROUGHT IT TO ME two times in the time that you made me wait for my cold fries, McChicken, and McDouble.

They serve there customers mold there fry hopper is coverd in mold in they act like it's OK they told me it don't matter the frys are not effective because of the gresse it still get in your food though so Tom the Manger and owner up there told me it's OK because I called in up there after I found mold in my food in he said no the gresse burns it off it's impossible well not if I got photo proof of the fry hopper in also found it in my food called the health department don't know if anything will get done the store acts like its OK it's not a problem

Every time I go in this McDonald's they get my order wrong or charge me too much money for what I have bought I don't think I'll ever go back into this McDonald's it's really task was young kids that don't care about anything

They always screw orders up and employees tell their manager what they say you didn't order. I ordered sausage mcgriddles and she told her manager that I ordered them all with eggs. I didn't order them with eggs knowing my kids don't like eggs. Worst

Funny the 5 star reviews are from employees at this location.... anyways they are slow as heck, waited 15mins for a ice coffee and was pulled forward, literally no one was behind me. For a employer that bases their bonuses off of wait times they sure know how to work the system.

For a FAST food restaurant this place is quite the damn joke!!!! Took almost 15 minutes for me to get my cheeseburger and mcchicken and then the worker was rude enough to tell me where I can and can’t pull ahead to wait for my food, the hollingsworths clearly still have not figured out a way to run a food establishment with class.

I used to work at this McDonald’s location and it was so much better back in 2017-2018. I am deeply disappointed in what it has become. Every time I come here I ALWAYS get old soggy fries — it never fails. ?? When I worked there, we were all trained very well to get rid of fries WELL before they are due to be thrown out. Just to get fresh fries or fries that’ll be satisfying to eat you have to get sent ahead every single time.. this most recent time I went through the drive-thru did it for me FOREVER. They got our order wrong so I had to make 2 trips back up there for them to STILL have it wrong so I just gave up. I didn’t even want the fries at this point. Then I called up there twice and I was hung up on. For the price you pay, the quality of the food, speed of service, and quality of customer service, it just isn’t worth it to come here to eat or even drink for that matter anymore. They mess up every order they ever do.

Sitting in the drive through I watched a CHIPMUNK go into one of the black rat poison bait stations and happily eat the poison.Shame on McDonald's for using these. ITS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE. Chipmunks are wild and native and there's just no excuse for this.Police the area , close the lids on your dumpster. .. stop poisoning innocent animals!!

This is one of the best McDonald's I ever been to. The place is cleaner then the others I have been to (saginaw) the service was fast and hot. If ever I go back to that one I will definitely stop in. Great work ? to the workers there.
