Pretty bummed out about the service there on 9-17-24. This place is usually awesome, but one server made our experience less than desirable. The wrong food was sent out to my daughter after 45 minutes of waiting (not busy). The server accused us of lying because there was no way she wrote it down wrong. Needless to say I went without food, so my daughter could eat. Stay humble youngins, because sometimes we all make mistakes.

Had to ask for service after I sat at a table for almost 30 min
I've been here several times. Breakfast is my favorite! However, yesterday evening was not pleasant. We always have the loveliest servers. We understand it gets busy. We also understand it'll usually take some time to get our food. That's all okay with us. However, yesterday, there wasn't large enough table cleaned up yet. We had 3 adults, 3 kiddos. We were going to sit down and wait for it to be wiped up quick. Again, we didn't mind at all. This is common at a lot of restaurants. There was a younger waitress working. Rudely, without a smile or anything, she told me "don't sit there. I have to clean it". I heard this and thought she could've delivered that a tad nicer. The other adults I were with did not hear it. One of them went to sit at a different table. She then shook her head as she went to get a rag to wipe the table then came over with a scowl on her face and started wiping. One of the adults asked her if she was having a good day. No reply, just a scowl. The adult then asked her if she was upset that we sat there before she had it wiped. Again, zero eye contact, scowl. The adult said "really? you aren't going to answer me?" The adult said she was being snotty. And she was. There was another couple in there that couldn't believe the way she was acting. We took our money elsewhere. I'd like to go back and continue to support FRS, but polite staff is a necessity. If I was the other waitress, whom we have had several times, I would've been embarrassed.

1 waitress for the whole bar at lunch... Plus there's construction outside. It's basically Podunk USA, sooo it was packed right before we left. Poor girl did her best!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a step into place, so unless there's a back door, I do not think it is wheelchair friendly. The bathroom certainly is NOT.

What a great spot for a bite to eat, & a cold beer or mixed drink!! Steph is wonderful. I don't know how she does it, but she remembers our order!! Both food and drinks! Absolutely mind-blowing. Very reasonably priced and great portion sizes. We've tried the wet burritos, baked potatoes, salads, wraps, fries, plus much more!! Everything is cooked to perfection!
