The biggby in Sparta is the best biggby around and I drink alot of coffee. The gals there are polite and fast. They are always busy but my coffee always tastes delicious and they never mess up my order like other locations

I used to come here quite often for my coffee but lately the service hasn’t been the friendliest. Also, this is the only place I know of that asks if you want to leave a tip, every single time I go. Tipping culture has gotten out of control. I can very obviously see the tip jar and will leave a tip if I feel the service was above and beyond but asking for a tip every time seems pushy and rude.

Stood there for 15 minutes did not see one single person even yelled hello anyone here . Someone came to the drive threw then 2 girls came out and said nothing and worked on helping the car that just pulled up to the drive threw.We left to find to go somewhere else. Very poor service!!
