I went out of my way to come to this Biggby as there’s construction happening in front of the one I normally go to, and I was not disappointed! The drink and bagel I ordered was made correctly and the staff who helped me were polite and friendly!
The person who took my order got it wrong. Madison, who made the order was short with everyone there, both workers and customers. She gave me the order and I let her know that it was wrong, she told me to stop yelling at her and that she would make it. I never even raised my voice. I was polite and patient. She was rude to everyone. Her coworkers didn’t do anything to help the situation. I understand they were busy at the time but how you treat customers is everything.
I was in Sparta for the afternoon and had to work for a few hours. SO glad I found this Biggby! The staff was awesome & quick, store was clean, parking was easy, the menu had good selections and the taste of everything was great! It's places like this Biggby that keep me away from the larger, national coffee chain. Shout out to Gabi and Katie!!
