Every single time I have gone to this location, there has been an issue, not one good experience so I am done giving them my time + money. They are constantly forgetting food, giving the completely wrong food and then management argues with you if you bring the untouched food right back in asking for the right food when realizing it in the drive thru - management argues “if you want something different you need to buy it” when it was already purchased, it just wasn’t given to us! Never recommend going to this location, don’t waste your time with the poor service and poor experiences.

Today is Tuesday August 17th 2024 @8:15pm.
Went through drive thru and lady that was at pick up window was very very disrespectful and very rude. My son wanted a crown and she told me they didn't have one, even though there was, she stated that she didn't have any at drive thru and I said there was some at front counter and she said no she had an order to take. So then she said in a snotty disrespectful voice have a good day.
Now the point is that my young son wanted a crown and specifically went to Burger King just to get him one and we had to deal with a such uncourteous person such as her. And to think ' I believe she was even manager"
Please manage your employees better. Maybe management needs to take customer service classes.
Instances like that really leaves an impression on customers.

This Burger King is sloooooooooow. I might have given them three stars, but that would have brought up their average and they don’t deserve that. I’ve never been there when the wait time was even close to acceptable.
As I write this review, I have been sitting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes, waiting for some chicken nuggets and fries.
I’m just trying to get home with some food that my kid will eat. Please do better.

I went through the drive through, the person at the pay widow was very good, however when I got to the pickup window I waited for 5 minutes and couse my food wasn't ready yet. I was told I needed to move my vehicle and someone would bring my food to me, another 10 minutes and got fed up, I went in side and they said my wopper was just now coming off the broiler, 15 to 20 minutes I waited, I told them I wanted my money back. They didn't want to give it to me but finally did. This is not the only time I have had a bad experience with this particular burger King, so if you really want BK DON'T GO TO THE SPARTA BK

Onion rings and burger ? were cold and asked for no tomato and got one.
$3 for a Small Soft Drink holy extortion! Also it’s been 3 min food is still nuclear hot……maybe don’t microwave it for 3 min. Food was horrible in comparison to the BK in Traverse
