Should have stayed closed. Service is even worse than before. Turned around after ordering twice after waiting 10+ minutes, everyone there sounds like they just hate their job and going through the drive through makes it seem like your bothering them.

Ive been a long time fan of burger king, I went often before they closed down. Ive tried food twice since the re opening. I ordered only a spicy chicken sandwich today and it was missing the tomato and lettuce (not a huge deal oh well) but my chicken was lukewarm and I bit into it less than a minute after I received it. Same issue first time. Today I was order 251, I hope 250 other people did not have the same issue. I would HIGHLY suggest asking for freshly dropped chicken in the fryers. Can not speak for side items. I expect two things at a drive through. Order accuracy and my food to be warm. Today I got neither. We will stick with wing world for sparta chicken until this place gets better at tossing old meat out. I've worked at several resturants, they have a timer even..... how is it luke warm when there is a timer that tells you when you need new chicken?

I went there on Friday December 19th 2025, went up to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody said anything, I said hello a couple times nobody responded and then I called and was told that they were closed because of staffing. If you're going to be close in the middle of the day then you need to put a sign out on the drive-thru. I was not the only one there there were three other cars behind me and I had to tell them that Burger King was closed

I just sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes. When I finally got my food, my nuggets were cold. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets. My double whopper (that said double on the tag on the wrapped burger) only had a single beef patty. I will never go to this location again.

Waited 25 minutes for cold food that was made wrong.
Wrong bun on my sandwich, half my chicken fries were hard, my shake the so thick it was impossible to use a straw.
My brother ended up wait 40 minutes and he couldn't eat his big fish sandwich because it was so old and hard it was making him sick.
The corporation needs to spend the money to have a full staff and train them.
I went there at 11:30 p.m. and there wasn't a wait. They were out of the pineapple drink so they substituted the strawberry, and it was good. They were friendly. it was like 3 ish minute wait. The loaded taters were tasty.

Waited in the drive thru close to an hour for a pickup order. When I got to the window, she didn’t fill my iced coffee to the top and didn’t say anything about the wait. Proceeded to ask me what I ordered on my pickup order while I waited another five minutes to actually receive it. Didn’t include my sauces I paid for, and my whopper was drenched in mayo. The onion rings were luke warm. Disappointed.

Just posted but have to do it again. I really want an actual manger to get back with me. After sitting in line for 52 mins, my order was wrong fries were cold. The manager would not even try to make my order right or give a discount. So stupid!! I truly hope this place closes again. Absolutely the worst management ever!!! Do us all a favor and close
