To start i never leave reviews but i couldn't let this be. I come in and get a large pizza, i pay the card reader says approved. So i was surprised when i got a message from the general manager saying that my payment didn't go through. So before i call back i check my bank account, there is a pending charge for the same amount. I call and tell the general manager it did go through and she guarantees me that pending means it didn't and wont go through. I say let’s wait until Monday (it was Friday) and see if it goes through. She says it wont and it’s not an option. So instead of hanging up i pay again and explain i will be very annoyed to have to call back for a refund she didn't seem to care. Fast forward a week, both transactions went through as expected and now a second call and more of my time wasted for an 18$ pizza. The GM is very rude and hung up on me while i was explaining my displeasure as i said i would on the original call. So now i will never be back and everyone around the small town of sparta that i run into i will urge not to go there, all for 18$ that was paid all along. A-lot of other pizza places near here i would steer clear of dominos in sparta.

Order pizza for dinner tonight. Order was a simple 3 medium pizza and an order of garlic bites. One pizza was delivered incorrectly. When the store was called about the issue, they said they would have it remade and sent out right away. That did not happen. I had to call the store after 45 minutes of the phone call to ask them where my pizza was. They apologized and said it got lost in the shuffle of shift change????? Another 35 minutes goes by and a replacement pizza was delivered, and it was completely wrong once again. This was 2 hours after the initial order was placed. I've never been a fan of dominos and this only solidifies my feelings about their quality and service.

Ordered deluxe pizza only thing that was on there was the things I added to it this was worse pizza ever will never go back to that Domino's tryed call them to tell her she was rude never again.

Dominoes is hard to beat … love the 2 items for 6.99 each.. well worth the money .. the chicken and loaded tots are also yummy.. and love the parm bites! I highly recommend you use the app to get your points and special offers… and you earn free pizza and they also do 50% off menu priced pizzas so that’s a great deal too. the car side delivery is a nice added touch.

Gave us 1 packet of parmesan and 1 packet of red pepper for 3 pizzas told us they would charge us for more than that while every other dominos sure as hell doesn't charge for them. I won't ever be back to this location you all are a joke.
Ordered 2 Large Extravanza Pizzas & Neither was Sliced , Went party & There was nothing to Slice it with , Therefore We had to Rip It Apart !!! Not a Pretty Sight !!!
