Something you must gnome about this place is even thou the parking lot is under construction it is definitely worth the stop and walk around to get the friendly service and awesome coffee, we had the pleasure of having Sierra as our barista today and will definitely make the trip back to town just for this spot!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here today. It was great chatting with the owner and learning that my favorite hot brew, Secret Garden, is her recipe. It's delicious! I highly recommend this place!!! I love Koffee Haus! See you tomorrow.
If you’re in Sparta and haven’t been to Koffee Haus yet — run, don’t walk. Not only is the coffee amazing (their matcha, iced coffee, and lattes are always on point), but the people there make the experience truly special.
Sierra, who runs the shop, is an absolute gem. Every time I walk in, she remembers me, makes me feel heard, and always brings such a kind, calming energy. Whether I’m having the best day or the worst, I somehow leave Koffee Haus feeling lighter.
