I love this small town diner atmosphere. The service and thefood are excellent, My uncle from Fremont loves it too and every time he comes to Sparta every couple weeks we meet there for breakfast. It's gotten to the point where I can say the usual and I pretty much get what I want every time.

Their policy is inhuman. They will write up a worker because their child is sick and they think this isn't an "excuse" to not attend work. Food is okay but personally I wouldn't want to support such restaurant. Please do your research before you visit a place.

This restaurant calls itself a “family” restaurant however behind the scenes it’s a different case. Employees are treated like garbage and it’s an extremely toxic environment clearly. I heard the manager cussing out an employee while calling them derogatory names. I would never ever come here and support a business run so horribly. Food is decent but it’s not worth supporting a business abusing their workers. Let this place go under.

To be fair, they were short-staffed, so the service was as good as it could be. However, I had a meat lovers omelette, and there was so much cheese in it that I couldn't possibly eat it. It was a grease Fest on a plate.
