McDonald's offers good food, but the drink and sauce station can be messy and unorganized. Some customers prefer ordering at the counter instead of the kiosk, as there have been instances of incorrect orders. The breakfast crew is praised for their efficiency. The staff seems like they want to help, but few have been adequately trained. Even when there’s a line it moves fast and the service is always very friendly and kind. Most of the time the food comes out fresh, though sometimes the fries are warmish and not hot.
