Workers are so nice and happy. The manager was kind when helping a worker and I had an extra burger in my happy meal. The food is always fresh. This place is the best McDonalds

I want to give a special shout out to an amazing Manager. This morning at 10:40am (after breakfast was done) I rushed in to get some breakfast for my Grandfather that is on hospice. We were coming to visit him at home and get him food that he could eat. Thanks to an amazing person, she made him hotcakes, bacon, hash brown and threw in a apple pie. He was so happy he could eat a meal with us this morning. Thank you again for everything. Your truly one of a kind.

I am so sick and tired of this location. How many complaints does A place need to get? The fries are not hot. I had to ask for the rest of my order and I was not about to ask for straws if customers have to ask for their order just shut down. The place was not busy at the time as well. Either train the employees how to read the board and complete orders or just close the doors until service is up to professionalism.
I ordered a snack wrap without the ranch sauce. There was extra ranch on it. Never returning.

Had an online order through drive-through. Wait a minute and a half for them to even ask what I want. I tell him my code and go to the window, ask for my receipt in the front window. Guy doesn’t have it or has no idea how to get it. Manager comes and tells me to pull forward to the third window. The manager double checked with me to make sure my order was right. I tell him everything that I ordered. They come back 15 minutes later, no receipt, order is wrong. Terrible service.

Ayyyy yet again I go there for some food because I did feel like cooking. Yall want $15+ an hour then do your damn job correct. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go yall messs up something, forget this, forget that, heck ive gotten wrong orders. This shit is so old especially when you go and for a MEAL its $10+ mcdonalds has gone down hill with teens than care more about their phones than anything.
