To be fair, they are always busy when I have been there. The staff seems like they want to help, but few have been adequately trained. If they had some lifers with drive, the place would thrive.

Family member fell here 3 months ago, resulting in a few doctor bills, not much money just co-pays and the manager won't even respond to emails. Employee admitted fault of moping floors and leaving a slip hazard.

Friday of this week I went to pick up some food. Decided to get a box of cookies for my family since 13 cookies for about 5 bucks caught my eye and it was Friday night. As I’m waiting in line, the kid packaging the cookies straight up looks at his own manager and states that,” yo, we are lying about those cookies being fresh, they’re more like a day or two old cookies. But if he wants em go for it, they’re old.” His manager corrects him saying with a tone, “they’re fresh.” I’m literally 15 feet away from this conversation and he’s talking very loud. The fact that you guys are selling one to two day old cookies while stating they are,”fresh”. Is complete BS. The cookies were old enough for the worker to literally be telling the manager that it’s crap that they’re selling those in fresh cookies, all while the manager trying to correct him as he’s talking that they’re fresh. So now that I know the manager is completely lying… not only am I very frustrated that those cookies are two days old being sold as fresh cookies, but the fact that the employee was the one having to say it real loud about how old they were so that I would hear it intentionally it’s just sad. Not to mention he looked right in my eyes at one point while saying it. For him to be complaining out loud about how old those cookies are. It’s not only concerning, but kind of disgusting. Not sure if I’ll come back. The fact that they just continued to sell it to me regardless and then lie saying that they were very fresh. I honestly just appreciate the fact that they were old enough for him to warn me. I am very far from happy with my experiences at this place. Not to mention I ended up getting my food in the fries were super cold. Nothing like wasting $14 for 2 day old cookies and a crappy box of fries.

Just went there today and didn’t even get my full order and everything was cold when I got it. Of course went through the drive thru, next time I will sit and make sure all my stuff that I paid for is in there. Don’t worry the one of two fries I bought and paid for was in the bag. Flipped upside down and all over the bag. It’s a shame Burger King closed in Sparta far better place to go!

Want you're order ?no Problem !!!The wonderful management team at this location will gladly ,not only throw your order on the counter, but remind you why you should NOT order here to begin with.You will NOT enjoy a NOT so pleasant experience.Just remember it all happens here at the infamous Sparta Michigan McDonald's! Makes me wanna ask McDonald's why this owner has a McDonald's license to begin with as all this employees have had this horrible habit of doing so at this Wonderful location of Sparta Michigan! I hope you enjoy the experience of such skilled managers n clerks just throwing your order! THANK YOU !

About two months ago I was visiting the restaurant and I fell and hurt my self due to the lack of signs being placed and didn’t know the wet floor. I have been trying to reach the owner and corporate to get my medical bills paid and keep being told the insurance company will get ahold of me and nothing in two months and keep getting the run around.
🤣 so the pope dies and they fly the flag half mass. Why? Woke ass in a woke ass town. 🤣 pathetic

One guy was cleaning the store, amazing! Self order wasnt accepting payment so we had to go upfront. Guy had to be called out of the back wasnt really not talkative, no big deal. Went to go grab out food and he was yelling at staff, expecially in front of customers, not great. Could hear him across the restaurant. Order was perfect though.
