The food quantity for the price was absolutely amazing. I got a lot more food than I expected to. The quality did not diminish with that quantity though. The food was amazing. A couple small things were forgotten but I would still highly recommend this place

Although I was not happy with ordering ahead of time and showing up to our order not being started. They did reach out and I appreciate that about a business. Customer service is very important and should be as important as the quality of the product. I've always had good food here and this is the first time I was disappointed. We appreciate them reaching out and will continue to use them just order over the phone next time 😉

Ordered some food to go, walked in the door, and this girl is just sitting on the counter where they make sandwiches. It was absolutely disgusting! Threw my food out and went to McDonald’s.
My first time having Palermo’s Pizza in Sparta. They delivered to Kent City from Sparta, awesome! That pizza was phenomenal! I wish I would’ve snapped a pic before we ate it but I didn’t expect it to be so good cuz pizza places rarely excite me. Well, I’m excited. 18” pizza and grilled chicken salad. The chicken salad was out of this world amazing! That Caesar dressing is fabulous ! It’s hard to get excited about a salad until you get this one! Tons of REAL good chicken - not nasty chicken like some places - tons of cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, good fresh lettuce- it was huge, easily served 4 people and came with 2 large containers of dressing !! Marissa is the friendliest delivery driver I’ve ever had. I’ve lived here for 15 years and this is the only pizza review I’ve ever done. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Parking: The building landlord should pay for new parking lot striping, because the old yellow lines separating out parking spaces have faded down to nothing.

I have ordered 2 delivery pizza's from them with thin crust, and both had chewy undercooked crusts. I was excited to have another option in town, but turns out it was more hype than hope.
UPDATE: Decided to try 1 more time (5/22). Ordered a 24" thin crust deluxe. I explained the issues I had before and the girl on the phone said she would personally make the pizza and make sure the crust was right. Sadly, it STILL wasn't cooked enough. I paid over $50 (with tip) for yet another undercooked pizza. I will NOT be back there again. You got my money from me again, but that will be the last time. You need to DO BETTER!!
