I asked for light ice and the manager told her to just fill half the cup with ice cause “it’s barely noticeable”. And as I walked away a girl said she wrote “have a GREAT day” sarcastically on my cup.

I have to say that this starbucks is the best all around place among all the stores I've been through. The batista are always friendly and the food and drinks are amazing.
The store area is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and their service is quick. My drink was delicious.

Contacted them about the Starbucks red cups for Nov. 17th and was told they aren't able to give that information out. Weird because on the starbucks website the date is out. Contacted the Rockford starbucks and they were able to give me more information.
