Went through the drive thru asked for my order multiple times. They barely put anything on my sandwiches then they up charged me for extra meat and I didn’t get extra meat nor did I ask for it. The worker that helped me was super rude kept saying he was the only worker and when I pulled up to the window he clearly wasn’t the only worker.

Asked for my order 10 times then messed it up anyway. Was in the drive thru for 40 minutes. I would have been better off trying to sweep the shadows off the sidewalk than get my food in a decent timeframe. The worker looked like she had raided the pharmacy and had the combined brain power of a brick. On top of that the bread was a day old and super dry. They also didn’t have cookies even though it was midday.

I will let the photos speak for themselves. The sandwichs weren't terrible but what a dirty dirty place for being a place to eat.
When you place an order to a restaurant, whether it be a sit-down place or fast food, you don't expect just quality food, you expect quality service as well. I am pleasantly surprised to say I have been served the greatest customer service at this particular location. I ordered a "#6 The Boss" with double meat and left a message wondering how they were going to fit everything, and I asked if they could put any extra meatballs into a container. The staff was very friendly, and my order was handed to me only moments after reaching the window. When I got home, I noticed there was a handwritten message on the wrapper letting me know they did indeed fit everything into the sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, there was a second surprise waiting for me. Attached was a bag with a small cup with one meatball, with a smiley face drawn on the lid. This absolutely made my day and assured me that this location is the best around.
Thank you to the staff working tonight for making my night! I wish I would have asked for somebody's name so I could personally thank them.

I have always been a fan of Subway, and I have always had a great experience with getting my food in the right order. And for the most part we order online, like we did today. But today when I got my food, it was terrible. Normal subs have the meat at the bottom for BLTs, but for sum crazy reason, I got mine with the meat on top, and I'm like what the heck. I know most people will say "flip it around" or " just eat it, what is the harm" I might be over dramatic, but I can't even look at like that.
