Alright Mcdonalds, this franchise location is by far, the worst one I have ever been to. I AM DONE with this McDonald’s.
I have edited my review on here multiple times over the last few years.
I ordered 4 hash browns, a sausage McGriddle and a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle.
They gave the 4 hash browns but instead of the two sandwich’s I ordered, they gave me 3 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. I’m baffled at the stupidity of these people up here, I can’t believe how they are still open.
We’re doomed in spring arbor.

We just now ordered, paid for, and waited in the drive-thru for 2 McFlurries, but then were told their machine was broken… We had to wait again for a refund. I asked the manager if we could get a coupon or something for the inconvenience and she said, “No, we don’t do that.”

I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries and the meat on the quarter pounder was overcooked, old, and cold and the fries that were supposed to be fresh were fresh but they weren't cooked all of the way.

Old ,cold fries,same with 1/4lber coke was nasty flat. Other burger was nasty also. Couldn't eat it. I wasted a lot of money Then you can't phone them,as all McDonalds keep phones off the hook constant busy signal.its bull crap .

Ive been a regular here for years. Its never been the best McDonalds but recently its gotten much worse. The service is so slow and if i get a modified order they always mess it up. This last time i went they asked me to pull forward because they’re waiting on fries. I pulled forward happily knowing i was going to get fresh fries. 20 mins later i go in asking about my food and she grabs it for me right away. And the fries taste like theyve been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Im goad they opened up a Taco bell so im not stuck ordering here anymore.

I fell in their store on sunday. The kid was mopping the floor and the floor was already wet, so added moisture as I went to exit the store a slid and fell on my right side. I was expecting a call back from the DM, which has not occurred. Very poor customer service. I could be hurt and they have no idea

We were there about 9pm. They had a few cars waiting for their orders, but I had no one behind me in line. We waited for quite awhile. I was kindly refunded for a pie I ordered but they realized they were out of - the guy was really nice. We waited quite a while longer for our 2 burgers. Finally got our bag with 2 burgers, & a pie! They found their stock. Did not re-charge me. The receipt on the bag showed proper order, but my McDouble was not what I ordered - had cheese & super heavy Mayo, oozing out, & no Pickles (I ordered Xtra pickle & receipt showed it)... but I got no pickle, Cheese & super extra Mayo. YUK! We had already waited a LONG time & had a 2 hr drive ahead of me & had already gotten down the road a ways, so I ate what I got. Nice employees tho
Order 3 hamburgers 2 fries and was ask to pull over along with everyone else that went through the drive up. Had to wait for 45 minutes.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would this place doesn’t deserve your guys money and time I was coming back from Chicago they were they closest to me so I went their attitude is disgusting they pay no attention to customers and I also found some type of glass or something broken in my burger if I didn’t notice it while I was eating I could’ve choked and I also found a piece of blond hair in my fries I tried calling this place as soon as I left they wouldnt pick up this place deserves to be shut down hands down one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to I’m disgusted.
