we ordered 2 large mocha, both with extra espresso, both with extra chocolate, 1 with 1 short of caramel, 1 with 2 shots of caramel. Ten minutes later when the young lady brought them to the counter, we asked which was which because they weren't labeled, she looked at us like we were stupid and said I put extra in both. I said one is supposed to have extra caramel, then she just hands me one and says one has extra and walked away. We took then to our car and left. just to get down the road and find out they have no cochlear or caramel at all and are just very bitter coffee and espresso. Tried calling several times to complain but they won't answer their phones.

Always interesting to see how many of the items in my order were correctly included. The order is never right; the full contents of my order are never included. Not only that, but it's always a toss up whether the meat in the quarter pounder has been cooked thoroughly. This has happened not once, not twice, but no fewer than three times. I would never visit this establishment except there are no other fast food burger options in the area.

The last two visits to the Spring Arbor McDonald’s have been horrible. From screwing up an order such as plain cheeseburgers and when you get home, it has the special ticket on it, but the cheeseburger has ketchup, mustard, and pickle. Last night I sat and drive-through for 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting. I went into the store And up to the counter. Let the chaos Begin, I wasn’t greeted. Nobody came and asked me if I could wait a minute so I had to go up to the automatic screen in order my own food. and then who I think was the shift manager didn’t even know what I was waiting for when I finally got my order. I’m standing there waiting for her to come back and when she does, I just want my drink cups. Seriously folks I think the next time I start craving McDonald’s I’m going to go to Burger King

Took 25 mins to get the drive-through order. While workers ran around with orders in the rain because they forgot to keep track of who ordered what. This is a common occurrence along with missing or wrong orders, no napkins or straws. Received a messed-up order that was cold and so soggy the bag fell apart.

Wish I could give it a zero rating. This place is terrible. 15 minutes in the drive through for two plain cheeseburgers. Looking at reviews from months back it appears the franchise owner is making enough money off this location to not care about the awful service.

This place needs a hole new set of employees and management this place is an absolute joke. The last 3 times I have come here it has taken almost 25 min to get my food. They don't give you your total at the drive through until you get up to pay for the food the employee working the window was being very short and kind of rude. I do not suggest eating at this establishment. The last time I was here it took almost 40 min to bring me my food after they brought it it wasn't even what I ordered. So I had to wait even longer. What happened to fast food? This place needs to be fixed asap this is absolutely ludicrous.

My husband and I stopped on our way home. We waited 30 minutes for our order, and they kept bringing us the wrong food. I went inside, and the manager rudely told me they had messed up our order. I said, “I’m just going to take a refund; we’ve waited 30 minutes already.” I told her she needed to get it together in there because it’s ridiculous to have customers wait that long. She responded with a snotty attitude and said she was there on her day off. When I asked for the manager's information, she informed me that she is one of them and wouldn’t give me the name or number of anyone else. I have tried calling the store many times with no answer! I don’t recommend this place at all!

Would give negative stars if i could. This place is horrible, whoever owns this mcdonalds should be ashamed, and embarassed. I had to wait 30 minutes, AFTER ordering my food... Just to be told that they lost my order, and they had to remake it! When my order finally came out, I was then informed, that they were out of burritos! That's when they decided for themselves, to give me 2 strawberry pies for a substitute what a joke this is not the first time this has happened orders are wrong everytime will never go to this place again management do your JOB!
