Only complaint is that the lady tried to drown my sandwich in condiments. There was so much of it on the sandwich that my tomatoes were sliding out! She used a knife to smash the lettuce and tomato into the crease of the bread before brutally mashing my sandwich together. Maybe if she put the veggies on the bottom of the bread instead of the middle of it (aka the crease), she wouldn't have needed to do that. I miss the days of the Sandwich Artist! Does no one take pride in their work anymore?

I have never been to a subway like Spring Arbor Rd in Jackson Michigan..Very rude and not clean at all..Measuring cheese was beyond me, especially when you are substituting it for nacho cheese..Do not recommend this place at all

The sandwich had so much sauce on it that it was everywhere!!! There was so much sauce that it soaked through the wrapper. I scraped off as much as I could with a knife, and even after that, there was still too much sauce on it.
I got lunch at this location today and I was served by a super nice girl named Futima. She was so thorough with making all three of my sandwiches and she was so kind. I always get anxious when I order a lot but she was so kind and patient through the whole sandwich building process. W Futima!
