Everytime I get the Cheesy bean and rice burrito it’s never made properly. I have beans on one end and rice and spicy on the opposite, instead of mixed together 🥲🫠

The food is good, but the service is horrible. They will stare at you from behind the counter when you go up to ask for something that THEY forgot to put in your bag and then the manager was so rude about giving me the stupid avocado sauce that is supposed to come with the tacos I got. And they just threw the food in the bag and I had taco shells with no filling. I hope that corporate reads these or at least their DM.

Disrespectful, and a waste of time. I pull up to the speaker and someone asks to take my order, I order and get no reply so I wait and eventually ask hello? No reply. I pull up to the window and don't see anyone, so I wait longer, still no sign of anyone, eventually I realize that nobody is going to give me service and I'm wasting my time so I leave and go have McDonald's instead. 2nd time at this location, 2nd bad experience at this location, I will not waste my time coming here again.

Worst costumers service ever, mobile app screws up and they just tell you to get bent that they can't do anything to help you. All the fast food in this town needs to go away, the college students are lazy and management is none existent.
Horrible!!! Spent $50 on supreme tacos! Worst tacos ever! Hardly any tomatoes or lettuce! They put 16 tacos and sauce in one bag that ripped as they were handing it to us. Then handed us extra bags and said keep one in your vehicle for garbage. What?? Got home and every taco was MUSH! Don’t go there!!!!
