I have come here ever since I was a kid....35 years!!!! and while I really appreciate them not changing everything, the most important part ( the taste) was not what I expected... I used to get their hot dogs and the fancy ketchup was delish.... I think I said something to whom I was with about that change, and the lady behind the counter said "well this isn't miss lisas" ☹️?

My favorite thing about this place is that you can get soft serve in so many flavors - and not just the flavor edges that you see so many places - they custom make flavors like black raspberry (my fave), tutti frutti, apricot and many more!

Great ice cream, especially on a hot summer day. Hudsonville ice cream is delicious. I would visit more often if they carried my favorite flavor, Hudsonville Sea Side Caramel.

The place itself is charming, as are the employees, and my ice cream treat literally exceeded my expectations. Also, they don't put whipped cream on their flurries and that's good, because that's gross.

This is a fun place to hang out with the family. There’s a playground for the kiddos and two swinging benches. There’s multiple benches and tables for you to sit and chat. Fast service. Many choices.

Ive never had an issues with the buissness until today. Im a weekly patron with my family. I beleive the person behind the counter to be the owner. She seemed rather short while takeing are order. We placed our orders and recived are icecream. My daughter got a "small" whitch was larger than my medium. My daughter was excited! However as the icecream melted whitch is expected the cone turned to mush. After a few minutes.And started to fall down. I encuraged my daughter to be brave and and go ask for a cup. She was met at the window with it will be 35cents for an "extra cup". Im not sure how an over 20 doller price tag with a 22%tip whitch i dident have to give is met with its gonna cost you 35cents for and extra cup to a little girl. Anyways my daugters confidence turned to conflit and are family outing was ruined over a paper cup. Long story short we will not be returning. Over a "35cent" cup.

This was my first time here. I got the ice cream and waffle crisps, and they were delicious! The hot fudge paired well with the twist ice cream! The atmosphere was so fun and there were plenty of seats. I really loved how the seating didn't have a bench all the way around (made it easier to get in and out).
