4 issues: 1. They put soiled lettuce on a sandwich. They put melted cheese on the sandwiches we ordered without cheese. They made us the wrong drink. 2. They charge extra for using a card. 3. They put fennel or caraway seeds on their everything bagels, which makes them awful. 4. The employees are rude. Mistakes can happen, but when you’re treated poorly for politely asking they be fixed….

My wife and I have come here on two recent occasions for breakfast bagels before busy weekend events. The bagels have been lovely, and the prices are fair.
What’s been so frustrating lately has been the service time, particularly in the drive-thru. On both of our recent visits, for only two bagels with plain cream cheese we waited just shy of 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and the staff didn’t once come to us to let us know the timing, nor were they pleasant at all.
Would love to see this resolved, as we genuinely enjoy the bagels provided here; but if service wastes too much of our time, especially when we had events we were nearly late for, then we’ll be taking business elsewhere.

Food was great. Service stunk. We waited for 10 minutes standing at the counter before being acknowledged. While we ate inside, we watched an older gentleman come in to order who had biked here. Nobody acknowledged him until he was yelling to get service. No one took his order and he left. I felt bad for the him. How hard is it to take an order?

Looking for decent food haphazardly slapped together by teenagers who don't want to be there? This is the place. I had to return my sandwich multiple times because they kept forgetting toppings before I finally gave in and realized it was just gonna be suck. I really wish there was a Bagel Beanery out here, they're capable of making simple sandwiches, these folks are not.

If it were possible to leave less than 1 star, I would. The staff here this morning is incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention their menu prices are not the same as what you'll be getting charged because their computers don't have the "correct buttons" to make a bundle option. Not sure how that's the consumers fault but this establishment is honestly just an embarrassment. Do not recommend. Go to wesco across the street. Their muffins are better anyway.
