Burger Theory - Spring Lake Reviews
My daughters and I had a stay at the Grand Haven Holiday Inn for 5 days, and ate here several times. Staff was always friendly and attentive. One gentleman in particular our first evening there was exceptionally kind.
They absolutely loved the chicken fingers. They seemed nicely seasoned and not a typical bland variety that could be from a bag. Fries were similarly very good.

Burger Theory is a restaurant that offers a pleasant dining experience, known for its delicious food and friendly service. The restaurant is located inside the Holiday Inn in Spring Lake, and while some customers found it mediocre, others enjoyed their visits. The menu has limited food options but many choices for cocktails. The build-your-own burger and the Angry Pig burger received mixed reviews, with some noting that the chicken was on the dry side and the burger meat seemed premade or frozen. The fries and onion rings were praised as very tasty, and serving sizes were decent for the price. The atmosphere is enhanced by nice windows that overlook the marina, and outdoor seating is available when the weather is warmer.
While the service is generally friendly, experiences can vary. Some customers found the service to be good, especially when the restaurant was not busy, while others reported slow service during busier times. One reviewer mentioned a rude morning staff experience, which contrasted with positive interactions with the night staff, including praise for a manager named Chris and another staff member named Stacy. The outdoor seating area is charming, although the pool nearby was closed for the season and appeared green. Overall, Burger Theory is an option in the area, but some customers may hesitate to return.
