Lazy P is the place to be. From home made smoked sausage to the brisket, if it ain't broke don't fix it. The smoke flavor the sauce and all the sides are delicious. They are a MUST if you haven't.
Had the brisket. Very moist and tender. Good smoke,not overpowering. Felt it could have had a little more flavor in the rub. Overall was quite good.
Dietary restrictions: Wife has Celiac an brisket I gluten free. Don't know about rest of menu.

Jamie was super nice and explained, described, and gave me a taste test of the BBQ Brisket. 😯 Perfectly smoked. We loved all 4 meats and all the sides. Baked beans with chunks of meat was my favorite 😍. Large portions, so we have leftovers for tomorrow.
