I ordered my favorite pizza from Marco’s thru DoorDash! I received the pizza with NO CHEESE! when I view my order online, it does not specify NO CHEESE, but when I looked at my receipt on the box of my pizza, it says NO BASE CHEESE! I called Marcos & they transferred me to the manager for an in store credit. I was told to contact door dash .I submitted the issue to door dash & they were willing to give me a $5.00 refund for my trouble! I paid over $20 for a small pizza, and my refund is the amount of the dasher’s tip? It’s not his fault! I am done with Marcos & DoorDash! If this is the best I can get, when my order was obviously mixed up with someone else, I’m done with both businesses! Money is tight right now, but I decided to splurge & order a small pizza for myself & this is what I get! No thanks!

I made the mistake of ordering wings. I got 5 flats and 1 drum that looked like it had already been bitten in half. They were soggy and I can't tell you how they tasted, because I'm pretty sure it was just the skin that I was eating. I'm new to Michigan and I thought Marco's was a local place or I would have never ordered them. Terrible. 0/10. Will never order again and I will spread the gospel any way I can.

keep changing rules and dont care who they offend. say they honor veterans but change up discounts and never consistant with it.

be consistent and then when something goes wrong fix it. you tell vets come order food and get 50% off. then all of a sudden you change rules. first it starts off everything but wings get 50% off. then oh desserts not included. what next not on specialty pizzas, then not on salads until you stop doing it all together. I have done the same order a few times and always got discount on everything but wings. and when the employee just acts like they don't care. I suggest that no vet visit your establishment. they treat us poorly when they disrespect us by deciding anytime they want to charge us differently each time and never have specific rules. and that allow for one person to charge other different prices. not only that but I never get charged the same price for the same food two times in a row. hard to want to goto a place like that. me as a vet like to be loyal to those that grant the respect of us being veterans. but when you do things like this tonight makes me want to boycott the restaurant with all the other vets in the area and those that have veterans in their families. no disrespect from and young person that clearly do not care about a veteran.

I'm a huge fan of Marco's Pizza! You definitely need to download the app and order your pizzas! Make sure you're getting your rewards!!! It's a staple pickup when I'm on my way home from Grand Haven or Spring Lake. Order my pizza for pickup before I leave where I'm at and it's ready by the time I get there!
If you're ordering for delivery, make sure you're tipping your drivers. It's a courtesy for the provided convenience. If you don't want to tip, order pickup and get off your bum and go get it yourself. Don't be a schmuck!

I got a small pizza and cheezy bread. It was so good! The pizza sauce is exactly what pizza sauce is supposed to be! I would definitely recommend it!
