The food was good, however, the employees attitudes were absolutely horrible. Must be ALL of them were having a bad day because their attitudes towards me and my little nephew absolutely showed. Ex: When i said thank you, a couple of them just looked at me....and walked away. No you're welcome. Never again.

I’m a regular. Food wasn’t made correctly (not surprised coming from a poorly managed fast food chain). Customer service is mediocre AT BEST. In my opinion the DM needs to wipe crew and start fresh with people that actually appreciate having a job.

The customer service was excellent. Every time I go to this McDonalds, everyone is so friendly. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger. It was hot, very tasty, and had my extra pickles on it that I ordered. I went through the drive thru, and my order was ready right after I pulled up at the window to get it.

I’ve had great experiences here and I’ve had truly disappointing experiences as well. Overall the food is pretty consistently hot and fresh.
Parking: On site parking lot for dine in but not a lot of spaces, can fill up fast when busy.

We visit the Spring Lake locations with our kids often. The last few times we have had a young lady that has handed us our food. She ALWAYS has a smile and is extremely kind! Today we asked her what her name was so I could give her a positive review. Her name is Aubrey! I know that is a thankless job but you are doing an amazing job young lady!! Keep up the great work!!!

The food is always good. I go here mainly for my 13 year old granddaughter. She likes the #5 which is a 10 piece chicken Mcnugget, Fry and Drink. One problem we have sometimes is when we order a Large #5 the drink is not large and the fries aren't filled up. Heads up: when you order a frozen coke say Large because both sizes are the same price!
Kid-friendliness: They have special cups right now for kids. I'm not sure what size they are.

Food was great, service was as expected, but I ordered an iced coffee and it came with an abundance of cream and sugar in it. It was just about too sweet to drink. I wanted black and when I didn't specify cream or sugar, I wasn't asked about it either. I assumed it would be black. That was the wrong assumption as it turns out.
