I went there to get a quick meal and ended up waiting 30 minutes and it was empty a workers mom walks in got her food before me in 5 I my order was 5 dollars the burger I got was plain and it was clearly a normal burger that they scarped off the toppings tried to call and ask for a manger and got left on the phone for 5 mins

I'd recommend to never go to this location. I went there a little over a week ago and got a large #1 paid $10.18. I got home and noticed my fry and drink were mediums and didn't get a receipt. So I thought okay maybe they misunderstood and heard medium. Well I went to the Coopersville location today and got the same large #1 $10.18. Hmm. Turns out they kept my drink and fry cup so they could get my monopoly pieces.

told them i had 3 mobile orders via drive thru and they told me i couldn't pick them up i had to go in so i did and they all had attitudes and got pissy with me that was uncalled for mcdonald's.
My fiance and I came here for lunch , everyone was very nice and I loved all of the Halloween Decor. Shout out to the girl who took our order she was very sweet! The food was also fresh and delicious !

Just ordered McNuggets carry out for my grandkids Happy Meals and for myself and they were the worst I have ever had. They were so overcooked that the kids would not eat them and I had no desire to either. Very disappointed that they would try to give these to customers knowing they had overcooked them!

I loved this morning's breakfast! It was ready SO QUICKLY, and all of our food was fresh and tasty. I could tell the manager was leading the crew to success, and it shows in the service and quality of the food.

Horrible service, my family and I Stopped at this location after having a great time on the lake. We were about to start eating our food and my daughter screamed and guess what she found on her fries 🍟 a huge dead beetle. Not only that our hot coffee was served cold and I went to the staff member to show them what was in the fries plus the coffee and they acted like like nothing happened. Then, I asked for the manager but she did not had any compassion and not even say sorry at all. And we ended up not so happy about this experience.
