I ordered online and picked up on my way home from Grand Haven to Coopersville. The subs were AMAZING! Everything was as requested, the bread and veggies were fresh. It was ready on time and the staff was friendly when I picked them up. Thank you so much!

Staff extremely rude and short with me. Which definitely shouldn’t be happening to a paying customer who simply is ordering a sandwhich. Food put together sloppily. Veggies were clearly old and not stored properly. Overall completely avoid this subway and just drive to the next one.

Only had white and wheat bread available and no flatbread so they couldn’t make wraps. Not sure they would of had any speciality subs available. Not very well stocked

I was in this Subway store at 6:30 pm on 2/3/2025. When I walked in, they told me they were out of bread, which I could see was not true. They went on to explain that they were saving the bread for morning, but I could wait for the bread that’s baking in an hour. I clarified that they were going to turn away customers to save bread for a possible customer tomorrow, to which they responded yes. I’m not sure why they would do this, but I’m not going back. I usually go there a couple times a month, so this is really disappointing.

The girl with the short blond hair is the best sandwitch maker in spring lake period....
Placed an online order, picked it up and when I got home discovered 2 out of the 3 subs were made incorrectly even with the notes added right on the reciept. We go back up there and the manager Michelle A., helped us out and got them made correctly and quickly. She was very friendly, super nice to talk to and did a fantastic job! So thank you Michelle A., and when you stop in I hope you get the pleasure of chatting with her as well when she makes a wonderful sub!

WORST Subway, this place is disgusting and filthy! I have tried this location several times and it just keeps getting worse. From hair in my sub to feeling unwelcomed by the workers there. They all seem to hate their job and the "manager" is way over her head and incompetent. I am not one to complain but I will not be going to subway ever again! I encourage people to go to jimmy John's or jersey Mike's for a better sub and better experience.
