Horrible service, cold fries, terrible manager.I ordered a chicken wrap without bacon. She repeated the order. I cannot eat bacon because it’s against my religion. I took the first bite and it tasted weird because it did have bacon - it had bacon, which in spite out and the fries were greasy and cold.Went back and asked for a manager, he’s really rude, no apology, nothing. I asked for a refund, he did refund the order in full. But this was a very bad experience and even worse because it’s Ramadan

I’ve been here several times and it’s either the food is not warm enough like it’s been sitting for 5 mins or missing items on my sandwiches. They never seem to get it right. Listen people, always check your bag before leaving the drive-thru line! No matter how many cars are behind you waiting. I have convinced myself that I will no longer visit this particular location. More than two disappointments is enough for me.

I ordered a meal from here through Door Dash and for the third straight time, someone at the store screwed up the order. This time I ordered a meal with a strawberry shake and instead received a strawberry lemonade even though the receipt said strawberry shake. I'm done with this store. Three strikes and you're out. I worked in fast food for over a decade and I know people aren't perfect but come on. Start hiring some competent people or you're going to lose more business.

I use to work at this particular Arby's over 20 years ago. Still, whenever I get an urge to have some great roast beef sandwiches with curly fries, this is the place I think of. My daughter took me here cause I got that craving again. STILL, great food with great people giving it and preparing it very well. Completely satisfied and loving it as always. Definitely recommended for everyone.P,S. French dip is my favorite
