Buffalo Wild Wings

FYI 3 in service was due to bar tender lady. Outside of that hated it and won't be back to the 9 mile location ever.

This is the 9 mile St Clair shores area location which sits across from the Krogers.

The hostess at the door had a very poor attitude coming in the door. She was unkempt and slovenly dressed. Acted like we was bothering her walking through the door. She sent us to the patio or that back area only for the lady back there who was filling up ranch cups who never even looked up had a piss for attitude herself a lot of us to sit down for 3 minutes to tell us they're closed in the back.
We go back to the front and she was like "Oh okay My bad I didn't know".

There was multiple empty chairs in the main dining area instead to directed us to the bar. Then we just wanted to get seated.

Other than the bartender lady (which is the reason for the 3 in service) being very nice, professional, coming to us in the timely we fashion, it was a crappy experience and I'll never be back.

Side note they gave me a plastic spoon to eat with instead of a metal spoon. I found that odd considering it wasn't carry out.

Wait 45 mins and food was cold asked for mild sauce didn't get and while I finished mt meal and a scream baby for 20 mins was loud.

Had the worst experience tonight. I ordered delivery via thier website at 4:30. It was being delivered to the wrong address. Called the store they claimed they canceled it at 4:55 so I reordered. Door Dash driver picked it up anyways and delivered it at 5:15. My new order was placed at 5:05 (right after the first one was canceled) showed completed at 5:55. Was there and never got picked up. I'm not even mad at any of that. Stuff happens it's Thursday I get it. What I'm mad about is I called to talk to the manager at 7PM since I haven't recieved my order. I was put on hold for 40 minutes with people picking up randomly asking me to please hold. At the 40 minute mark it just hung up. Tried calling back and they picked up and hung up. I need to verify that Im not charged. Super disappointed. Do better BWW

Terrible location avoid at all costs. Stopped in to pick up my food for an online order, made eye contact with multiple employees and no one came to help me, they just ignored me. After 10 minutes someone finally came and just tossed my order onto the desk after I said I had a pickup for Josh, never said a word to me.

Look I haven't eaten chicken in years. I have only been to one other location. This one looks just like the others. Food was lackluster, like my wings were just thrown in the box. One was naked although plenty of sauce in the box. Some of my wedge were barely done. Now they were NOT busy. No one in the dining area really. I had to come back for my blu cheese and plasticware. I don't think I'll order from this location again. Not worth it.

What a pathetic establishment. Will never order from there again, and I will actively encourage others not to as well. It's shocking that they are still in business. They serve disgusting, stale, cold food and can't answer a phone to save their lives. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut them down. Hopefully they will soon.

Terrible location. Don’t know if management changed overnight or what but this place went from being fantastic to being absolutely awful. I’ll travel to Mt Clemens or Sterling Heights before I waste my money at this garbage location.

Waited forever at the pickup window before anyone even acknowledged me than she had an attitude and forgot my drink bad customer service

So far it's been twice in and don't either get served or even seated. Nobody was there to great us and stood at the service desk for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me and my family. So for this location we won't be coming back and we are taking our business to another location.

I genuinely don’t understand how this place has any sales. I spent $70 last night on some of the most disgusting freezer food I’ve ever had. I’ll start with the fact that it was 9pm and they were out of fried pickles and burger Pattie’s but I’m sure those would’ve been low quality trash as well. Then we ordered 15 boneless wings and 20 traditional. Traditonal were small and unlabeled so it was a gamble of which flavor you’ll eat next. The boneless wings were an embarrassment to this company I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at a plate being set infront of me literally tiny balls of fried breading. I do not eat here we got a gift card and I will confidently never ever spend my money on food here when Wingstop gives you 10x the quality for a better price. Our waitress was nice but you can only do so well when you’re serving people garbage

Wings have gotten really expensive so when you spend the money on them you want fresh wings. Ordered last week and they were so small, talking it through with the people at the party and we all agreed the wings were cooked the day before and re-cooked the next day. Don't order on Sundays if you don't want day old wings. Their curry sauce is the bomb though if you haven't had it.
