Beware if you have a large group. This location cannot service large groups effectively and does not handle the situation professionally. Our large group sat down around 3:30 pm and each person was only served 1 drink and not everyone received food by 6 pm. The manager did not come out to help the server or the group. Our group had to ask the bar tender several times to help our with water and drinks; however, even they did not want to help.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 35-minute wait, which we agreed to. The table was ready right on time, so no issue there. The problems started once we were seated.

Our server, Megan, greeted us and immediately told us there would be a 35–40 minute wait for food. We decided to stay anyway. After waiting all that time, the food finally came out cold, and multiple items were missing from our order.

When we told Megan we were missing items, her response was, “Oh, I was just letting the food cook and was going to bring it out.” That would’ve been fine if she actually communicated that, but she didn’t say anything until after we asked.

At that point, I asked for leadership. The manager — a gentleman around his 30s, possibly Hispanic — came over, apologized, and assured us he would correct the order and replace the cold items. I appreciated that… until nothing actually improved.

After he left the table, we waited another 20–30 minutes just to get the corrected items. At this point, between the wait to be seated, the wait for food, the cold dishes, the missing items, and the lack of communication from our server, the whole experience was beyond frustrating.

For a place built around quick, casual dining, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I wouldn’t be writing this if it were a one-off inconvenience — but this was poor execution at every step.

Terrible service
20 min wait to be seated in an empty restaurant because the kitchen is backed up on kitchen orders.
The bartender and the carryout worker are the only ones working in the front.
Two other male employees just stand at the front watching sports.

What's the point of having a restaurant it might as well be Bdubbs to go atp.

I placed an order for pick up at 5:56 Pm and they stated it should be ready at 6:30pm. I arrived at the location for pick up and still had to sit for 20 mins. I live less than 3 mins away. The wings were not fresh and they were cold! Terrible!

Placed an online order for multiple meals, upon delivery we got all but one meal. I called the restaurant told them I didn’t receive a meal, I was told it was because the item was sold out and I would have to talk to a manager to get a refund. The manager was busy and I was told they would call me back, they never called so I called again two days later and got told the same thing. I never was able to talk to a manager so I never got a refund, I even reached out to corporate and never heard back from them either.

I ordered 10 boneless wings and got 5. I ordered chips and trio dip. I got Pico and 2 quest, which I will not eat and NO guacamole. Bartender was awesome and she got a GREAT tip but person packing my takeout oder was B AD BAD BAD. CERTAINLY used rewards points and DID NOT get what I ordered. Not happy!!!!!!!! Si, at bar got TERRIFIC service with drinks and appetizer but my meal for home was NOT WHAT I ORDERED.

Showed up at 9pm sat at the bar for 10 minutes no one in sight. Place is completely empty as I walked up probably 5-6 people out back smoking. Foods never THAT good. Im local in st clair shores this place just flat out sucks.

The waitress was nice! The place was huge, they said half hr wait, we stayed and got seated immediately though. The boneless chicken was trash n the only thing you could taste was salt. All the boneless chicken was the same just dipped n different sauce salt salt n salt. Banquet chicken is better than that pre cooked chicken. Definitely not prepared fresh 😫 Oh the strawberry lemonade was soooo good 😋

The place has taken a nose dive since opening about 11 years ago, my order came out wrong and the food was partly cold, they have now but would quite a bunch of young males screaming and yelling to the tops of their voices.
