Basically everything was good except for one thing...everybody except for the hostesses up front were remarkably cold, little to no eye contact , in a hurry to get away from you and completely unwilling to engage in any small talk whatsoever and no checking on the table for refills or anything. It's an odd business strategy to make your customers feel like they are unwanted.

The chicken just taste funny here. I can't really describe what it taste like but it doesn't taste natural. The sauce didn't help much either. Maybe the burgers are better I'll try that next time!

Worst place ive been to in a while... took 45 mins to get my food... then when it came out it was cold an my chicken was hard as rocks like it was super old just tossed in a bunch of sauce....
I will be talking to the manager asap tomorrow. The lady that was extremely rude had blonde hair and some glasses on. She was rude when we got our food and then when we went back to get ranch and the sauces that were missed she said we ran out of ranch. If that was the case we would not have ordered food. She then went to the point to try and call the police on me to get out of the store. Never in my life have I ever been treated this way for getting food. All this because you didn’t want to serve a gay man food? You definitely got a law suit on your hands, and I will be coming back to talk with a manager tomorrow and I will be calling corporate. You guys got a nasty attitude that needs to change, the business is being ran like garbage. You think your gonna get away with this, I would like to come sit down and talk about this interaction. I am not going to let go of this.

I've been to this location plenty of times. Experience is usually okay. My most recent visit was online take out. It was the boneless BoGo deal plus an additional 6 piece traditional. I ordered 4 different sauces for my boneless. 3 of the boxes were all missing a piece of chicken. How do you miscount 3 times? And one of them only had sauce on one piece. I tried to call and was on hold for over 10 minutes and then when she finally got to the phone she acted like she couldn't hear me. Then no answer after I called back.

Avoid this place like the plague, the building is poorly lit and always filthy, the kitchen is incredibly slow, and the food is never better than "ok". The only saving grace was our waiter who was incredible. Although I do give this establishment some slack though, because there are always unattended children running around. And I noticed a lot of the customers are incredibly rude to the staff. To be honest I'm not sure why bdubs corporate hasn't pulled the plug on this location yet.
