Horrible hate this location and the dude who took my order at the drive thru today 10/14/2024 @ 3:15pm or so. He was rude and if you don't like your job just quit. Had no tomatoes told him extra pickles didn't get it said with cheese didn't get it. Will never go back...

I was the only person in line, waited at the window for almost 5 minutes. Got home and my fries were under cooked. This is the worst and slowest location I've ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
UPDATE: Nothing's changed. Still the slowest "fast" food place I've ever been to. Ordered no onion and no tomato. Got tomatoes ?. I don't blame the kids working there because it's a job for kids, they're learning. But maybe hire a new manager who isn't at the window sitting on her phone eating a cookie while your drive thru is sitting there for 5+ minutes, one who will help out!

This location used to be the best in the area. Unfortunately they are understaffed and have horrible managers. I order on the app and go inside to pick up. The last couple months it either takes 25-30 mins to get my order or they lock the doors so you can't even get in.

Sat morning 07/27 crew was perfect, best drive thru experience I've had in years, friendly staff, well made good breakfast food and back on the road in under 10 minutes
Love going to that burger King the food be fresh and hot I live 2 minutes from 9mile I drive 2 miles away from 13 miles I prefer that particular one food good and fresh can't express it enough

Went here after McDonald’s said they were cash only. No big deal, like here was open anyways.
Window service was good, but I get home and the burger has everything I didn’t want still on it. Beyond that, there’s a big chunk taken out of the beef patty. I don’t want to say it’s a bite, but it definitely doesn’t make me want to eat it.

This location has been mediocre at best for a while and recently the manager by the name of Mike has been harassing his staff and even ex staff members within full view of customers, it's absolutely disgusting to treat former members of staff like trash and to further carry the horrid treatment onto member of staff that are actively working is even worse. His attitude not only has discouraged me to order from here but to stay away from the entirety of Burger King. How disappointing.
