I order 4 Ham, Egg, & Cheese Crossaint sandwiches with 2 small hashbrowns.The service was quick, but not very pleasant. My hashbrowns came out cold and with a burnt grease taste AND the crossaint sandwiches ALL had sausage on them, even though I said ham & the receipt clearly states ham.Very disappointing to not be able to enjoy the food you pay for.

Is the most inconsistent burger king I've EVER been to. Food an service will be great maybe once a month. The rest of the time you get chicken on your sandwiches that has clearly been sitting since noon, fries that have obviously been double dipped in the oil because they are too lazy to make new food. Y'all fast food workers want higher wage!?!? Then do work worthy of said wages. I'm all for equal pay even better pay for a thankless job like fast food, but you need to be a worker worth that pay. Be better ladies an gentleman.
I like this Burger King normally because their customer service is great. And normally the foods pretty good.Today I ordered and it wasn’t very busy. It was about 2 PM. I pulled up to the window and paid. There’s no other cars in front of me no cars behind me and it took several minutes to get my food. Which I thought that’s OK because that means it’s going to be fresher hotTo my surprise, my whopper, Junior was cold. I mean the burger meat could not get any colder.And my chicken fingers were also cold.I ate the food, literally as I was pulling out of the parking lot. So it’s not like to drive home give it a chance to cool down.So now I’m left. Wondering why did it take them so long to give me my food after I paid like 2 to 3 minutes if everything was ice cold anyhow, and nothing was being made fresh.They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t call back. I looked them up online to call and I got a fax machine number.So I decided to leave this review

What a pleasant experience, everyone was so nice. I wish I would have caught the lady's name who took our order. She was the nicest of all! Food was very delicious. I was surprised all the food looked nice and presentable and not just slapped together! Will be back to this location for sure compared to some of the other Burger Kings in the area!Kid-friendliness: Over and beyond wonderful!
