Made the mistake of stopping through this drive thru many times. So much for fast food, you're better off waiting at a Red Robin with the 30+ minute waits or if you're lucky and there is only one car ahead, a 15 minute wait.

Slow as all hell and after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my order the fries were half ass warm. Definitely not a fast food restaurant. Could have went to Olive garden and got my meal just as fast and if would have been hot.

11/23/2025 at 6:07 pm. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person in charge, I’m assuming he was the manager, was extremely rude. No acknowledgment at the cash register, not even “may I take your order?” Took nearly 20 minutes for my order. While waiting I watched this person yell at other customers and yelling at the workers. The fries were cold, but it wasn’t even worth it to go back into the store.
