First time last night, January 28th. Our server Clarissa was attentive, and timely. She informed me of the 75 cent wings and I ordered a dozen before I sat down. Wings came out hot and perfectly cooked. There was no old, used oil taste at all. Perhaps best wings I've had in a long time. Wore ordered the Pinot Grigio and it was a solid wine. Crisp, clean and cold. I order a tequila which was delicious, but the pour was not generous. I actually ordered two differ in Reposados and both were excellent, if short pours. Their selections of liquor is quite impressive. I ordered the Surf and Turf feature. A small but tasty lobster tail, and an acceptable filet mignon. Only slightly overcooked. I had asked for MR but it was Medium. I consumed without complaint. We also had the Walleye, which was outstanding. Daughter had the Caeser Salad and she said it was great, and not overly dressed. Will certainly be back to check out their sandwich options and more drinks. Great job folks!

Great small bar ambiance along with one of the best offerings of upscale whiskeys. A wide range scotch, bourbon, and ryes. This is paired with a menu of classic bar foods / sandwiches. Worth the trip

I've been here twice. I liked the nostalgic atmosphere but the food is horrible! I was so very disappointed because I was hoping to find a local bar my husband and I could enjoy going to for dinner. I won't be back as I don't want to waste any more money on food that's not edible.

The service was excellent. Came for a cocktail and someplace to talk to my friend. Rustic setting but warm and friendly. Small as bars go, with better than average food offerings. Several people came just to eat. I'd go back for food another time.

The service here is ALWAYS bad, I like the atmosphere and the Turkey sandwich. I know that good help is hard to find. In no circumstance should anyone wait 15+ minutes to be greeted, which in my experience is often the case here.
I ordered takeout. I tried the Athens chicken, with rice, and my son got the Rueben sandwich with fries. It was delicious. My coworker brought in the Athens chicken dinner for lunch one day. It looked and smelled good, so I had to try it for myself. I would recommend it to my friends and family. My son loved his meal, also. ?

food not worth - price - greasiest hamburger I have ever been served - it dripped grease - wanted fries with burger and was served wedge cut not told that they don't have fries - onion rings had hardly any breading on them -maybe 5% was covered - help had an attitude - someone needs to take over and clean house or you will just be closing the doors - would not tell anyone to eat at this place - as was told Long Ago by a Premier Chef - ''if a place cannot do a burger right don't eat anything they serve ''

Not sure how to rate this place. I liked it but if I had to equate it, it would be a place Marty Crane would like. I thought the food was good but the rings were oily. Not sure if I had a bad day but my waitress could have been more attentive. But I gotta say I didn't lack for anything. I liked the bar the liquor display is something else, everything is aged in a way to feel period. Sorta like getting a beer in an antiques store. I loved the old time feel of the place. Only thing I really wanted more was keno. They don't have it here.
